Leul and Zach need a raise IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never encountered such professionalism in all my experiences at the Jersey Mike franchise. Not only was my order timely, and brought to me respectfully, but they went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had with a delivery app. These two people reminded me that there are kind people in this world and that when you are in a place of need, that others will show up to give you the service you deserve. They supported me without bias, and as someone disabled, it is rare to get a dining experience that is accessible and thoughtful. Well done to these two workers!!! I would love to get a callback from a manager to rave about them even more if I haven’t already called the store to rave about them to the manager already. Great job!!!

The two young adults working this evening were wonderful! Made a beautiful and huge sandwich and the store was shiny and clean! Excellent value compared to a regular overpriced deli!

I don't recommend this location! I usually go to the Montvale location but decided to go here due to convenience. I ordered the Italian sub and they skimped on all the ingredients. It didn't taste anything like Mike's Original Italian sub. Never had this issue at the Montvale location. Won't be returning.

Place is a joke I ordered extra meat and a drink the didn’t have… fine I get it drinks sometimes are not available but I paid $31 for two sandwiches and a drink when I went in the servers were high as a kite asked customer to grab the cookies for the them could barely keep their eyes open I got home to open my sandwich and there was one slice of ham and one slice of cheese literally nothing else don’t ever go here. It’s a complete waste of your time. This is the third time I’ve been here and been disappointed won’t make that mistake again based on the other reviews and my experience they shouldn’t have a franchise embarrassment to Jersey mikes

Food is decent , staff is somewhat friendly but the food prep area is dirty. Slicer had large amount of sliced cold cut trimmings piled on it. Lots of sliced unused bread laying around. Bread was placed directly on counter no paper separating food from counter. Floor was dirty . This store needs more attention to cleanliness. As for value Subway is better and they offer more toppings than Jersey Mikes
