Absolutely incredible! Customer service was immaculate and friendly. We had the grilled octopus over spinach, and the spinach itself was fantastic. And octopus grilled to perfection. The lobster roll. Stop it. Thats the best lobster roll I've had and I've lived in Rhode Island. Both the alfredo and the lobster roll had A LOT of lobster and beautiful flavor. 10/10.

Came here for a quick lunch. What a wonderful surprise. This seafood spot uses the freshest ingredients with warm service. The hostess and Ralph owner/chef we're both very hospitable and great to chat with. Will be back. :)

My husband just picked up our first take out order from The Pier at 192. The owner was very friendly and the order was ready to go. The food was hot and delicious. Clam chowder and lobster bisque were creamy and had great flavor. Fish tacos and the fish and chips were both great. We are seafood lovers and we will definitely be back! So very happy to have The Pier at 192 in our neighborhood!

A long awaited seafood restaurant has arrived. You will feel like you are at the shore. Everything is fresh and made by the owners themselves. We have eaten in and taken out...outstanding.

Our first visit was absolutely delicious, we had the crab cake sandwich special which was fantastic, and the curly fries are good too, except a little too salted. It was so good we went back the following week and had the crab cake special sandwiches again and it was not good. This time the crab cake was a tiny dry patty lost on a bun that was two sizes too big. The first time, the crab cake was big, thick and lush, and covered the entire bun. The curly fries were awful, it tasted like they dunked them down in oil a second time to freshen up some old ones that were sitting there. I hope they can get a little more consistent so this can stay our go to place for good seafood.

Nice and clean restaurant. Wish it has more tables, and based on how good they are, I really expect they will need to add more tables very sokn (though then parking will be a problem). Had grilled octopus, calamari, bacon wrapped scallops, lobster mac and cheese, lobster fettuccine, broiled salmon with sweet potato fries, shrimp Po boy with curly fries, every single food was good or really good. The grilled octopus sat on top of garlic sauteed spinach, I couod eat that spinach all day. The bacon wrapped scallop had drizzle of mapple syrup, just perfect touch. Mac and cheese was seriously cheesy, and couldn't get enough of it (though I was wishing for more lobster). Owner (Ralph) and everyone was really nice to customers. They checked on us just enough and made sure that we had what we needed (we probably asked for more water 6 times). The restaurant is surrounded by glasses, so people passing by were looking at the menu from outside. One of the guys will come outside to say hi and handed printed menu for these people. Little gesture that will go very very long way. Family already asked to come back.

This is really some of the best freshest tasting seafood I've had ever, and prepared deliciously. Growing up at the Jersey Shore I've had my fair share of experiences and was shocked to find the quality and taste delivered by The Pier. I couldn't be more excited to live close by. The Mahi Mahi tacos are just amazing with a very complex flavor profile. Hand cut French fries also seasoned to perfection. Lobster bisque is also the most flavorful I think I've had. The people are also super nice, going the extra mile always. They make their own cocktail sauce which they happily whip together if you ask. Really A+ in every way possible.

We ordered lobster rolls and the restaurant told us there was an hour wait. After waiting patiently for an hour and 20 minutes the restaurant then informed us that they ran out of lobster! They did not care that we waited over an hour and did not offer any other items from the menu for this major inconvenience - on Valentines day no less! We are very disappointed in their service - stay away!

My son and I had a great experience dining here. He really enjoyed the fish and chips he ordered and the lobster roll I had was one of the best I’ve ever eaten before. In addition, Ralph the owner is extremely friendly! If you’re in need of a different style of dining in the area, absolutely check out this restaurant!

Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. Foods which I’ve enjoyed thus far: crab and corn chowder, flat bread with pesto/spinach/Brie (baked)/chunks of lobster, crab and shrimp/fish tacos (mahi-mahi). My husband has had blackened scallops wrapped in bacon. Portions are large, suitable for sharing. The restaurant is primarily designed for take-out and has only four tables for 4 for dining in. Since ‘the word is out’, getting a table is tough. The Pier Restaurant is a wonderful addition to Park Ridge and surrounding communities and I, for one, will frequent it OFTEN.

I’m always looking for a new “quirky” Friday lunch eatery. I found one today in Park Ridge. The Pier is a new family-run fish shack specializing in high quality moderately priced seafood. I know what you’re thinking, Dave hates seafood! So true, but my better half loves fish and chips, so who am I to deny this woman. I am happy to report that she loved the fish and chips at The Pier. I even took a bite, and while not yelling “ahoy”, I have to admit it wasn’t terrible. If you’re a landlubber like me, they have turf food like cheesesteaks (very tasty) to go along with the surf foods like escargot. The prices are not fast-food cheap, but they are moderate and the exposed kitchen looked clean as a whistle. It’s worth a try if you got a hankering for some flipper ?.
