Worse service never recommended

Annabella’s where do I even start, with the great service and the great food this place is excellent. With extremely nice works, mouth watering food, and a such a clam atmosphere. This pace gives me 5 star vibes all around.

The service and atmosphere are fantastic but the food lackluster got two slices and a drink for almost $12 which is outrageous. And then one of the slices just completely fell apart on me and was soaked in ranch. Horrible. The other Sicilian slice wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best I've had either. Overall, I will not be returning to this spot!!

Order 2 grilled chicken Caesar salads and when i finally got back to work it was only 2 Caesar salads with no chicken. Now I would understand maybe there was a miscommunication or something. But the fact that they charged my card for the price of 2 chicken salads is not right. Now we did not get a receipt but they should of known if it was with chicken then why charge the surcharge for it. When we called they said thats how it was ordered and theres nothing they could do. but it was ok for them to upcharge when we didnt get what we ordered? Bad business

I was staying next door at the Hyatt and I stumbled upon this restaurant. I had the spicy shrimp pasta/spaghetti. I must admit I am so glad I had a take out order. I licked the container cleaned.

I went in to buy two slices of pizza
The guy behind the counter sees me and doesn't say anything and continue to cut the Garlic Knot bread
After he finished the first batch of dough he started with another one while I was waiting. I must have waited good 7 minutes to place the order.

I stopped in for lunch, they were wonderful the food was delicious and I felt very comfortable dining alone (which is rare). Thank you for your hospitality
