Annabella's Pizza & Restaurant

This place used to have great food. The service has never been fantastic in my opinion. As of late I've noticed that I must closelt check every order as something has been missing or incorrect on my order consistently. In addition, my food simply has not been as good as it had been in the past. It's almost as if they just throw it together now. For instance, I usually get the penne bodka with chicken and mozz on top. I had about an inch of oil (no exaggeration) at the bottom of this takeout container. The mozz was not melted - rather 2 big pieces just thrown on top and this is AFTER I noticed it was omitted from the dish. You'd think they'd throw in some garlic knots or something when they mess up your order and you have to send food back. I don't frequent this place like I used to. Just not consistent enough....

What a difference a day makes. My co-worker wanted pizza, so we stopped there before heading to the hotel. The guy at the front counter was rude and very short with words. When we got in, there was no Pepperoni pizza available. I kindly asked if some was available, and he rudely responded yeah one1 slice He never offered me to wait until more could be made, nor did he mention if one might have been in the oven. The way he handled us screamed I don't want your business." My co-worker ordered two slices of cheese, and I ordered nothing. The next day, I decided to give it another try. As I entered the same gentleman from the day before, was behind the counter. TOTALLY different person. He immediately spoke and welcomed me in. I asked for 2 of the pepperoni slices, which he put in. He was friendly and a joy to be around. We all have bad days. I am just glad I gave it a second chance. The pizza was great.

Great tasting pizza. I just wish they offered thin and crispy crust. On 3 of my most recent orders, I asked for thin, crispy crust, but got the usual instead which I don't care for anymore

Arrived from out of town with a craving for pizza. Found this spot. Ordering from the website was a smooth process, food was ready on time & prepared exactly how I asked. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious! The pizza was perfect! Soft crust, delicious sauce ? & the fettuccine Alfredo was delicious as well! Would 10000% go back if in the area!

As soon as you walk in you will know you will not leave hungry. The staff was kind, the restaurant smelled amazing and if you can get there during March you must try the shrimp appetizer. Pasta, pizza, baked lasagna all were hits with the group at dinner. They had the perfect spot for a large group and took flawless care of all of us.

I placed an order to pick up for lasagna. When I arrived at the restaurant and saw the food, it was definitely not a lasagna. It was a very small, rolled pasta, like a rolatini. I have been staying in the hotel next door since early January and have ordered the lasagna, no less than five times since then. When we travel back and forth from the Virgin Islands, this is where we stay. We have had countless good experiences here and the food is generally solid.The man working the register and the front, chose to argue and give me terrible attitude. First of all, it wasn't lasagna. Secondly, it wasn't an acceptable amount of food for what they were charging. He was more interested in arguing than have a satisfied customer. It's a shame. This restaurant clearly struggles for business and they have lost a customer.
