I have been going to Baldwin Bagel for over 2 years now before work and I am so greatful for this deli. This place is packed in the morning and all of the staff are professional, friendly, and hardworking. I have seen a number of rude customers go out of their way to pick problems about their orders (that never exist) and the staff remains calm and collected. Their food is good , bagels always fresh, and omelettes are delicious. I look forward to seeing the ladies who work there every morning as they greet me with a warm smile.

Service is horrible the cashier rushes the customer too much and the food is not as good to be priced the way it is. My wife got a burger from here and it made severe complications in her stomach.
