The food itself is good but the cleanliness gives me a LOT of pause. There are dirty dishes and food particles all over the kitchen counters and it just seems generally unkempt.

Despite technical difficulties, I'm satisfied with the service I received.I had ordered online through Google Maps, using a service called Order Clover. When I got to the restaurant and asked for my order, the worker at the counter informed me that they had never received it. I double checked that I had paid through the app and the money had been taken from my bank account. I showed her this on my phone, and she kindly made the order for me, despite being unable to confirm it on her end. I don't know if the restaurant ultimately received the payment from Order Clover, but I hope that they did. They did not charge me for it since I had already paid online, which I thought was prudent of them for trusting and valuing their customer despite the uncertainty of the situation and the potential for profit loss.My only qualm is that the tables were not clean, which is likely because there was only one person working and handling the entire restaurant by herself. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people so that their hardworking employees are not overwhelmed having to deal with so many tasks at once, all on their own, from taking orders, to cooking, preparing drinks, and keeping the entire place, including the bathrooms, clean.Also, the Mediterranean wrap I had was tasty, but the juice was just ok, and very small for the price. It was called "Lucky Lemon", but according to the description it contains apple, carrot, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Perhaps the lemon is considered lucky for having been spared from being included in the recipe, lol.Overall, I think this place is still finding it's legs, so to speak. It appears to be relatively new, with a "Now Open" sign still hanging in front of it. I'm sure they will work out the kinks and improve over time.

I walked in with great expectations, but sadly, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The restaurant's dirty bathroom and unkempt tables left a lasting impression, and not in a good way.Let's start with the bathroom. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench of neglect. The floor was littered with used paper towels and other debris, indicating a severe lack of attention from the staff. The sinks were filthy, and there was evidence of water splashed everywhere. The overall hygiene was questionable, to say the least. I found it disheartening that the management hadn't made more of an effort to maintain a basic level of cleanliness in such a crucial area.The state of the tables didn't fare much better. The surface was sticky, and food stains from previous diners were scattered across the tabletop. It was evident that they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned between guests, which left me feeling uneasy about the general hygiene of the entire establishment.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others until they address their cleanliness concerns. While the food may be satisfactory, it's challenging to overlook the glaring issues that negatively impact the experience. Proper hygiene and cleanliness should be a top priority for all food places

Absolutely love the vegan panini and stress minimizer smoothie!

On the evening of July 3rd 2023 - Online pickup order was not ready when I arrived, after we received a notification that it was ready for pick up. I waited patiently at the pickup counter as the girl behind the counter ignored me while attending to others. When I finally got her attention and asked for my pickup order, she was confused and had no idea what I was talking about. She then looked at her monitor and saw our pickup order that she never prepared. She was unapologetic and indifferent and actually tried to blame me for her not having the order prepared. I told her to cancel the order and I walked out. Needless to say, my family will never be stepping foot in this location ever again.

Granola protein shake was delicious!

This place would be such a hit especially because it’s near gyms but it is absolutely dirty inside which I was in shock because the Plaza it self is so beautiful. I order a protein shake and a sandwich and I threw it out because I was scared I would get sick. Let’s just be honest Appearance goes a long way, it tells a lot about how well they take care of their food. Never again going there

I order from here often, and I've yet to be disappointed with anything I've ordered. The Vitality coconut bowl is my favorite, and I much prefer Berry Bowls to Playabowls or other acai shops. Quality and portions are always consistent, I highly recommend this place! Especially for those looking for healthier options when eating out!

Stopped by this place very excited to have a fresh smoothie. The prices just happened to jump up that day. ... I was hoping for what I paid the products were at least organic, though I highly doubt it. No public restroom. My smoothie was good but that may be just because I was super hungry. My friends kids got smoothies as well which they refused to drink because they did not like them. One said it tasted like straight banana. Which is basically how mine tasted as well. Got a free immunity shot that since the system where you sign up for 5$ off your next purchase was not working... the shot is originally over 4$ and in a small salad dressing cup... will not be coming back sadly.

Drove from Jersey City out here ( because the Hackettstown location is too far now) I got a refresher acai bowl. Tasted DELICIOUS and just like I remember.

Ordered a spinach smoothie(spinach, coconut, some yogurt) and not sure if the spinach or whatever else in it was not cleaned but I ended up getting sick and throwing up exactly those ingredients the next morning.

I use to love this place but seems like they put less and less chicken in the orders everytime I ordered and its starting to Look very dirty!!! The counters and bathroom are disgusting. So sad I have to stop going here!
