The food itself is good but the cleanliness gives me a LOT of pause. There are dirty dishes and food particles all over the kitchen counters and it just seems generally unkempt.

Low quality acai bowls. Banana was mushy and overly ripe. Blueberries were frozen (which is fine for a smoothie, but weird when you put it on an acai bowl). Strawberries were barely red and mostly white in color and lacking flavor (underripe). Granola was in giant chunks and hard to get on the spoon. Acai base was very sweet. Peanut butter (and other items) were Great Value brand - which, can be fine, but everything else tasted so cheap that this didn't help. The bowl was overfilled so when I took the lid off- the peanut butter stuck to the top and it was all on the lid and barely on the fruit. Inside of the place seemed very worn and not well kept. Just all cheap/low quality. I get that sometimes you have to cut corners and build up- but all of the corners are being cut.

If you can imagine, I was staying with friends in the area and literally just needed a protein source. Like there was going to be a big gap between breakfast and dinner and I just needed something good to fill the void since I was doing an hour workout that day. Found this place on Google and made my way over. It's near the Target and was easy to find. I walked in and place had a great ambiance and just very casual. The owner greeted me and I had a lot to choose from on the menu. I ordered just a basic protein shake and unfortunately I cannot remember which one. He filled the order and I paid and walked out the door enjoying it! It tasted very smooth and he put all the right ingredients in it. You could see all the ingredients that he was using and everything looked very fresh. Tasted pretty good afterwards too! Glad to support an immigrant run business. Prices were about on par for a protein shake.

Despite technical difficulties, I'm satisfied with the service I received.I had ordered online through Google Maps, using a service called Order Clover. When I got to the restaurant and asked for my order, the worker at the counter informed me that they had never received it. I double checked that I had paid through the app and the money had been taken from my bank account. I showed her this on my phone, and she kindly made the order for me, despite being unable to confirm it on her end. I don't know if the restaurant ultimately received the payment from Order Clover, but I hope that they did. They did not charge me for it since I had already paid online, which I thought was prudent of them for trusting and valuing their customer despite the uncertainty of the situation and the potential for profit loss.My only qualm is that the tables were not clean, which is likely because there was only one person working and handling the entire restaurant by herself. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people so that their hardworking employees are not overwhelmed having to deal with so many tasks at once, all on their own, from taking orders, to cooking, preparing drinks, and keeping the entire place, including the bathrooms, clean. Also, the Mediterranean wrap I had was tasty, but the juice was just ok, and very small for the price. It was called "Lucky Lemon", but according to the description it contains apple, carrot, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Perhaps the lemon is considered lucky for having been spared from being included in the recipe, lol.Overall, I think this place is still finding it's legs, so to speak. It appears to be relatively new, with a "Now Open" sign still hanging in front of it. I'm sure they will work out the kinks and improve over time.

Won't be going back. The girl at counter was great and I wish this new business very success, but fruits were not really juicy and smoothies were unbalanced in taste. Mine was super tangy (so not an enjoyable experience).

I walked in with great expectations, but sadly, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The restaurant's dirty bathroom and unkempt tables left a lasting impression, and not in a good way.Let's start with the bathroom. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench of neglect. The floor was littered with used paper towels and other debris, indicating a severe lack of attention from the staff. The sinks were filthy, and there was evidence of water splashed everywhere. The overall hygiene was questionable, to say the least. I found it disheartening that the management hadn't made more of an effort to maintain a basic level of cleanliness in such a crucial area. The state of the tables didn't fare much better. The surface was sticky, and food stains from previous diners were scattered across the tabletop. It was evident that they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned between guests, which left me feeling uneasy about the general hygiene of the entire establishment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others until they address their cleanliness concerns. While the food may be satisfactory, it's challenging to overlook the glaring issues that negatively impact the experience. Proper hygiene and cleanliness should be a top priority for all food places

Ordered the creamsicle shake on 7/26/23 afternoon. Been going a few times but today that all changed. As I was waiting, the girl (blonde hair) who was preparing it dropped one of the oranges. I then saw her pick it up from the floor and placed it in the blender. I was watching the whole time and I said something to her before she turned on the blender, "did that piece just fall on the floor?" Her response, "oh no, I didn't put that one and got a new one" there's a container of oranges and she never picked a new one from the container in front oh her and the fact that she bent over to pick it up from the floor and placed it in the blender validated it for me. It was gross and wrong in many ways. I will reporting this. Please be careful with this place.

On the evening of July 3rd 2023 - Online pickup order was not ready when I arrived, after we received a notification that it was ready for pick up. I waited patiently at the pickup counter as the girl behind the counter ignored me while attending to others. When I finally got her attention and asked for my pickup order, she was confused and had no idea what I was talking about. She then looked at her monitor and saw our pickup order that she never prepared. She was unapologetic and indifferent and actually tried to blame me for her not having the order prepared. I told her to cancel the order and I walked out. Needless to say, my family will never be stepping foot in this location ever again.

Granola protein shake was delicious!

This place would be such a hit especially because it’s near gyms but it is absolutely dirty inside which I was in shock because the Plaza it self is so beautiful. I order a protein shake and a sandwich and I threw it out because I was scared I would get sick. Let’s just be honest Appearance goes a long way, it tells a lot about how well they take care of their food. Never again going there

I order from here often, and I've yet to be disappointed with anything I've ordered. The Vitality coconut bowl is my favorite, and I much prefer Berry Bowls to Playabowls or other acai shops. Quality and portions are always consistent, I highly recommend this place! Especially for those looking for healthier options when eating out!

If you can avoid coming to this place, you should. Bad business practices.

Variety of menu options, but expensive and inexperienced staff, wish it was better quality. I got a nutella acai bowl for $10+ and it looked good...but the acai was a bit too frozen and the peanut butter was definitely artificial. Also the guy had to refer to the menu the whole time on what going inside the bowl. I think he was newer. Ambience wise..looks like a Subway lol you have a counter where you order and watch them make your food. There's some seating but not a wholeLot. It is in a good shopping plaza with ample parking though. I think they still have some kinks to work out.
