Always recommend biryani pot. Delicious Always.
I ordered a takeaway of Special Chicken Biryani. It was a family size pack. We had ordered for 4 people and the portion size was more than adequate.
Taste was pretty good, we asked for medium spice and it was quite balanced.
The main dish was great, though raita and salan, salad were average.
I'm of Italian descent and I chose the Biryani Pot instead of Pizza and the Food was Excellent!! Look forward to going back !! The food was superb !!
Worst food I ever ate in any Indian restaurant
Excellent customer service, best Indian food in Parsippany.
Putting red pepper powder is what the chef thinks when requested for more masala rice in biryani.
Avoid this place of you are planning your food for kids, and I would avoid this as more spice with chilling powder is not what I look for in biryanis. Some one please educate the chef on how to cook good flavorful Biryani.
We have ordered from Biryani Pot before and know what to expect, but this time it was Rayalaseema-level spicy and completely inedible
Inconsistent
Very oily mixed veg
Had Boneless chicken briyani. One of the worstest briyani ever. I dont prefer giving harsh reviews, but they are really providing low quality briyani with such a high price. They cant just ride with their brand name.
Briyani tasted just like masala rice. Horrible taste and quality. Never visiting them again.

I don’t think they have an intention to run a restaurant. There was literally no one to greet us. The food took forever to arrive. The tables literally had food from the previous customers. The taste of the food was really good and the quantity they give is an also very generous. I have to admit that. But the service was outrageous. The hygiene and cleanliness is downright ridiculous. I’m not sure how they are still in business.
The food quality has gone down a lot in the recent months leading to a year or so
Chicken is not cooked so well so it doesn’t make the dish taste so good
We used to be regulars here
Definitely needs to improve the quality of the biryani and the chicken appetizers and cut the amount of oil being used
Still a decent place to go sit and dine, but the quality of the food needs to be improved
I would think twice about feeding this food, too young kids or people with a sensitive stomach
Service is still good
Don’t sell food with the intent to make someone sick. Your restaurant menu doesn’t not say that it can make a kid sick immediately. Afterall food is not all about taking bath in spices. I ordered Hyderabadi chicken biryani through Uber Eats and I specifically mentioned about less spicy. I understand not everyone reads those notes but either update your menu saying food is unhealthy for kids or keep less spicy options. I will lodge a complaint with the concerned department.
Please change the recipe of chicken lollipop 🫠. It tastes like over fried mysore bonda!!!
Placed an order online using the businesses preferred third party service. I ordered a special and after driving to pick it up arrive to the store and the staff say that deal “doesn’t exist,” the order is cancelled. If I want to wait 5 minutes they can make the order for the regular price. Really? I would’ve had no problem waiting or paying. But you cannot just spring that on someone who walks in. No call from the store after it was placed though I provided my number and email… no attempt to fix the problem that is an error on their website/menu…. Have had several great experiences here in the past and am very upset the business would waste our time. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and not worth it.
