Staff is friendly. The elk burgers were cooked perfectly. All you can eat fries are some of the best fries I've eaten. They are crispy on the outside with a soft creamy texture on the inside. Seasoned well too.

Used to bring my mother- in - law here - she loved it . We miss her so much but will be back and she will be with us in heart - we’ll still enjoy our burgers and keep her memory alive . Great place . ♥️

Well, I stopped here because I drove past and saw that there was actually a fun Ruckers and it brought back memories from when I was younger, so I went home and picked up my son and went there. Let’s just say nothing there was the same as it used to be. The staff was a very rude bunch of people after ordering our food, being disrespected by the person that took our order, we went into the dining room, which was nice with the fireplace sitting down at the tables like the old times, but all we could hear was a bunch of Mexican sitting at the table, which were the stafftalking very loud very disrespectful and professional. They should’ve been in the kitchen or someplace else, but they shouldn’t have been. Talking very loud very disrespectful and professional. They should’ve been in the kitchen or someplace else, but there shouldn’t been five Mexican sitting down at the table, listening to loud music.

Food was good. Had a little problem with our order as they were serving us something very different from what we ordered (a simple hamburger no bun) instead they tried to give us a cheeseburger with bacon and egg when the receipt clearly showed hamburger. Prices are okay and the atmosphere was very clean. They made some changes since COVID (The last time we were there) each customer gets their own tongs which is very sanitary. I would recommend Fuddruckers.
Burgers are ok. The best thing about Fuddruckers is the burger bar, where you can build your own burger. The meat lacks flavor. No one speaks English at the Fuddruckers. Prices have gone up big time. The milkshakes are very good and not expensive.
Very good burgers. Place used to be twice the size including a bar, but that's not there any longer. Sorry to see that they had to close so many locations in the last years, not sure why that is, I always enjoyed their burgers & fries.

Burger was not seasoned at all and was messy as all get out. Fries were meh. The manager was on her phone showing a video to another employee as we waited 20 minutes for our takeout order. Meal was definitely way overpriced.
