Food was good. Had a little problem with our order as they were serving us something very different from what we ordered (a simple hamburger no bun) instead they tried to give us a cheeseburger with bacon and egg when the receipt clearly showed hamburger. Prices are okay and the atmosphere was very clean. They made some changes since COVID (The last time we were there) each customer gets their own tongs which is very sanitary. I would recommend Fuddruckers.
Burgers are ok. The best thing about Fuddruckers is the burger bar, where you can build your own burger. The meat lacks flavor. No one speaks English at the Fuddruckers. Prices have gone up big time. The milkshakes are very good and not expensive.

Burger was not seasoned at all and was messy as all get out. Fries were meh. The manager was on her phone showing a video to another employee as we waited 20 minutes for our takeout order. Meal was definitely way overpriced.

For the rt 10 sucusanna store, Fries are good. Ordered a lettuce bun elk burger. Both burgers were extremely undercooked. I asked a staff member why I got 1 piece of romaine with our burgers and they said they dont "do lettuce buns". Gf bit into a rare burger and her appetite was ruined.
Ive been going here since it opened, Ill never go back. Place is on the decline, clearly.

NEW REVIEW: Desperately needs a makeover. Dining room smells. Carpeting is old, dirty and worn. I get it, they get a lot of foot traffic...
Old review: Good burgers for the price, the vegetable bar is good you can load up on onions and pickles... No more beers sold here. The only real complaint is the odor in the big dining area. I guess that's from the high volume traffic of consumers constantly eating burgers and fries. Maybe they need to set aside a day to shampoo the carpets...
