I've been going to LongHorn for years, but this last visit was excellent. Carlos was our waiter, he was professional and attentive. The food was better than usual and my guests were totally happy from the steaks to the lava cake and short cake. The only thing that was negative were the prices. I understand everything has gone up but I can buy a good 3 piece pack of Filet minon at BJ's for $17. My 9oz filet was $35. Our bill for 6 people with tip was close to $300. In any case if you go it will be worth it.

I have always loved this franchise, first time visiting this one in Parsippany and I liked it more than the others, although the wait to be seated was a little long due to the number of people, the waitress who served us had an excellent attitude (too bad I don't remember its name), the food came out in a timely manner, it was delicious and had a very good presentation (sorry but I remembered to take the photos late 🫣) as well as the drinks.
Our server was very attentive. Food was excellent, white cheddar mushroom appie is a must.

I was very disappointed with the $14 house burger, I would it to a Wendy's burger. Mom had the NY strip and wasn't very good. We had soup and salad as part of our meals. Salads were brought out before the main meal but no soup. I was told that their soup is served with the main meal. That's a first for me.
Was once a Huge fan. Have been out of state a while and came back recently and went for dinner with friends. Not a huge issue, but their signature meal of prime rib is No longer served. Bummer. But tried a Steak. It was decent, but not for the price. The biggest issue was the service. The waiter was extremely attentive and fun, for the first 10 minutes. Then disappeared. Took our order and brought our drinks. Never to return. Runner brought our meals out, and our drinks remained empty. Too bad, we all want refills on our expensive cocktails. Wasn't even offered dessert. Then the check came and there were "tip suggestions" of 18%, 20%, and 22%. 😳 What? And these suggestions were "Post Tax", which is INCORRECT. So, where's the 8%? Even 10% suggestion? To be fair to the service we received? I won't be going back. And you'll be lucky if my dinner friends don't also leave feedback, as I'm the only one who tried to make the dinner positive. Went to a different bar after to have the drinks you were too lazy to serve us. Oh, and you weren't busy at all. Sorry to rant, but you ruined a decades long patron. I was dining there weekly when you had the shirts "Long Corn Stays Cows". Sad to see horrendous servers ruined the place for me. He was Sooo nice in the first few minutes, but now we know it was all an act. Get better workers. Today's workers have a huge sense of Entitlement, and based on your tipping suggestions, it's not just your workers.

We stopped in for lunch and I ordered the Chicken Tender Lunch and my husband go the "Longhorn" their biggest steak. I really liked the chicken tenders as they were hand dipped fresh chicken. The tenders had a good crispy crust, and I enjoyed them with some honey mustard dipping sauce. My Husband streak didn't come out cooked as he wanted (Medium) but he asked for it to be re-made and the second time it came out correctly cooked. Our server was nice and friendly as well.
