I loved working at this restaurant so I still enjoy going here but I feel like it's kinda going downhill. The service with our waiter, Matt was great. He was personable, friendly and helpful. Dinner wasn't bad but there's often a mix up, missing something and tonight foreign object. Management was helpful but I feel like the standards aren't what they were.

I went there for the first time, the steak was cooked nicely inside except it is a little bit burned outside. The service was not great, need to ask multiple times for the same item and have to wait quite a bit of time for my drinks to be refilled. The waitress is noticeably sick with something like a flu too. The worst part is they changed the tip amount I left and made it higher. I personally had a habit of leaving whole dollar at the end of the meal. But when my bill got published, they uncharged my meal in the tip sections and the amount was not what I wrote on the check. I found this unacceptable dishonest as a business act. Would never go back again. Been a Texas road house fan and I guess it will stay that way. At least they never change my check amount.
They keep changing the porkchops. Used to be real T bone porkchops. Then they went to shoulder cut then they went to center cut. Awful now. Used to be stellar.
