I have always loved this franchise, first time visiting this one in Parsippany and I liked it more than the others, although the wait to be seated was a little long due to the number of people, the waitress who served us had an excellent attitude (too bad I don't remember its name), the food came out in a timely manner, it was delicious and had a very good presentation (sorry but I remembered to take the photos late 🫣) as well as the drinks.
Our waitress, Dalia H. , truly went above and beyond! Her recommendations were spot on, and the dishes she suggested were absolutely delicious. Her warmth and exceptional service added so much to our experience, making it unforgettable. With employees like Dalia, dining here is a real pleasure. The food was outstanding, and her service made it even better!
I was very disappointed with the $14 house burger, I would it to a Wendy's burger. Mom had the NY strip and wasn't very good.
We had soup and salad as part of our meals. Salads were brought out before the main meal but no soup. I was told that their soup is served with the main meal. That's a first for me.
