I am very new to Induan dish as I always thought it'd be spicy. However they are able to tailor the spice level. Last week, I had the fried tilapia nuggets and butter chicken and I love everything about it. This week, I had the vegetable samosas and lamb korma. I thought the butter chicken was great until I had the korma!
Next, I’ll try the rogan Josh.

Was there with friends and family for the bengali new year celebration. The buffet menu was quite elaborate with authentic bengali preparations of chicken, mutton, fish and shrimp. There were a few vegetarian options as well. It was a surprise to get authentic bengali taste in new jersey. Would definitely come back.

The food was beyond delicious it exceeded my expectation. Great choice to celebrate my birthday there at spice route melange The ambiance was very family friendly. The customer service was outstanding and excellent,They were able to accommodate our party of 11,it was a good experience thank you spice route team see you soon ❤️
