Shake Shack Parsippany atop The Hill

Me and my partner Sean work for 1-800 got junk, our man Will and the rest of the staff treated us with the most upmost respect, it was our first time having shake shack. Wonderful time and experience. Highly recommend.

1st time customer to this chain. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly but the food was not for me. Ordered a burger with a "shroom" thinking it was mushrooms added to the burger instead it was a super greasy breaded deep fried mushroom with cheese. Also ordered the truffle fires which was also a miss for us. I am always looking for something healthy which is not seem to exist on the menu. Our shake was very good. $27 for 1 burger, fries and a shake. This is a one and done for me. Sorry

Brandon was a great server

The food was ok. Nice restaurant, although it was dirty. Had to wipe my own table, and when I asked for something to clean the table, I was told they had nothing, so I used napkins. Also, bathrooms were not clean and smelled like a high school locker room.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan burger but didn't thaw them and wouldn't defrost them to serve them

Dietary restrictions: No more vegan ice cream or milkshakes!

Service was great, place is clean. There are some tables outside as well. There were 4 self ordering kiosks were there, not that much crowded over a weekend, wait time is less than fifteen minutes only to pick up the order. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and one was too salty, but others were good, milkshake was delicious as usual. Plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: They had a kids sundae on a Sunday. Place is kids friendly.

Food was good, but too greasy. I got a regular cheeseburger & as soon as it was brought to my table, the bun was already soggy on the bottom ? Crinkle fries were good. My daughter got the chicken sandwich. She said she liked it but thought it was too greasy as well. She ended up having a stomach ache afterward. We dined inside. We placed our order through the kiosk. That was fine. Food prices are high. Staff was ok. They weren't overly friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either. Just kinda meh.

We were told that we would receive a text when ready. We received a text that the order had been placed, but did not receive the text that the order was ready. Had to go up to see if it was ready about 10-15 minutes after placing the order. It was sitting at the ready area when we went to check. The burgers were less than average. Very disappointing for a $9+ burger. Rather get a full big mac meal for the same price.
