They really need to put more vegetarian options in the menus and they can make a lot of Paneer pizzas, they should mix it with other kind and make a new menu out of it

They made 1 pizza in correctly, and when I brought it to the counter, the owner didn't even apologize. Instead, he was rude. When the employee gave me the correct Pizza he apologized on the owner's behalf.
Owner is lucky to have good employees.

Great pizza and local spot. It's not like other jersey pizzas. It's still amazing and you can finish a whole pie by yourself, but it's more personal sized than group size pies. Still amazing quality. Always go here.

The customer service at the parsippany location is ridiculously horrible. I am a regular customer that comes often and has experienced various horrible customer services experiences at this place but have let them go. However, this time it was just too much. I ordered 12 pizza, 2 Jain. The employees did not even label the pizza’s and when I tried to call they were not listening and kept hanging up. I do not live close to the location so I can’t keep going back and forth due to employees mistakes. Additionally, for 5 of the pizzas the material on the paper plates was stuck to the pizza. When I told the employee on call they said I have never heard about this happening. When I showed them in person later, they said this is normal and edible and if i didn’t like it just cut that part of the pizza out. How do you expect me to pay regular price and am not even able to eat parts of the pizza. Additionally, this is a health concern, eating material from paper plate is harmful to health. In the summer, I called and placed a large order as I had guests over and they confirmed delivery. I waited over 1.5 hours and then had to call MYSELF to see the status of my pizza. The employee then said sorry we’re not able to delivery anymore. I had to drive far and pick up the pizza to find out that their driver was DRUNK. Not only did they give me false expectations for delivery, but didn’t even inform me about the situation until I called them after 1.5 hours. I can recall various other incidents that have occurred over my years of eating here. This is so not acceptable. The staff needs to be trained or changed. Basic customer experience is expected at any restaurant..

Do you all know that charging 3% surcharge when you pay with a credit card in NJ is illegal! Dammit we already pay an interest on our cards!! The owner of Singas Pizza should be reported!!! Maybe I will

I have eaten Singas for over 24 years now. They had a location in Queens, and another in Jersey city. The pizza here are to die for in my opinion. The crust is crisp and chewy. The toppings are in abundance. Just a awesome food experience.
