I heard about Smash Burger thru a friend. So I found this location thru Google. I was greeted by Mykala (she took my order) & and she was so pleasant and patient with me because I’m so extra when it comes to my food?? Anyway, she took my order & even went to the cook (Jamel) & clarified it. He looked at me crazy at first & laughed and said ok and boy did he deliver. The food was cooked to perfection, I don’t know where they get their chicken from but I can tell it’s quality chicken, the chicken breast is thick & juicy & holds its crisp even with all the fixings on it. Jamel even came to the table to check & made sure I was satisfied with everything. It was truly a pleasant, comfortable, clean and laid back atmosphere. Everyone was really down to earth. Made me feel like a regular on my first visit. Thanks you guys, y’all rock!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Associates were miserable, cashier had an attitude problem, cooks looked like they did not want to be there and shift supervisor was rude and unprofessional. After about 15 minutes only half the food came out and came out incorrectly. To make a long story short, after receiving attitudes from the cashier and shift supervisor I decided to take the loss and go somewhere else. This took place Sunday 4/21/24 around 6p. Needless to say, I watched them also turn customers away by saying it was going to be an hour plus wait…. (There was only 2 other customers there and the amount of customers they lost as well as all the negative experiences they were handing out was mind boggling.)The role of a leader is to coach, guide, and inspire others. They motivate teams through challenging times and guide individuals through their career progressions. This woman was the complete opposite, smh…..Smashburger, I am disappointed.I would usually blame it on training but I do not think this is the case due to the fact that I have been here multiple times before and have had very positive experiences with other staff members. Before tonight I would have given 5 stars for food and service. Tonight was a zero.

Korean BBQ burger was good, little bit small for a $10 burger in my opinion. The fries were earthy and bland. No salt whatsoever on them....gotta step up the game for a $5 small tray of fries.

My Partner and I came here spontaneously. I ordered the bacon smash and my partner orders a classic smash. I got smash fries and he got the original. Both burgers were a bit too greasy to our liking but we still enjoyed it. We also got an Oreo shake and I had the strawberry dragonfruit drink. It was delicious. Not too sweet but flavorful.

Employees that night had worst service. Was standing there for like 10 minutes while they were cleaning and totally ignoring customers wanting to order. Also quite expensive ! Over $60 for just 4 burgers and 3 fries and a drink.

The GM seemed to be nice. Prices are ridiculous. They need to have combo for the burgers, fries and drink. $20 for one person is ridiculous over price!
Costumer service was horrendous. A worker by the name of Julianna was very unFriendly the second husband and I walked in. Not a hi nor a good evening. The first thing she said was "for here or go" I was taken aback by the attitude and urgency. I tried to be extra friendly to lighten the tense mood but no luck. Maybe she was having a bad day but she sure tampered with my wonderful day. Non the less, the food was pretty good and flavorful, the fries were exceptional and the ambiance was modern and clean. Would go to a different location and eat again.

I ordered through door dashAnd ALL specifics were ignored. Then when I called , they said it was a door dash issue and the manager hung up when I didn't accept her excuse. I needed delivery and said I had to come in . If I was going in , I never would've Doordash. Then the lady hung up on me.

Always loved the smashburger hamburgers. Better selection of buns and toppings than 5 guys. Lots of specialty burgers, too. Fries not quite as good as 5 guys, tho.
