The Spa is a historic restaurant in Parsippany that has been serving diners for over 50 years!
The ambience is awesome as it takes you back into the past to the good old days. The feeling of nostalgia is almost as great as the smell of the food as it is being brought to your table. Classic American breakfast lunch dinner options are available and plenty of items to choose! I’m sure they’ll whip up anything you request.

This place is warm and welcoming. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted warmly by staff and the local regular patrons. This place is the definition of wholesome. The food was great, and our waitress, D, was friendly and kind. We will go back.

MINUS -10 STARS… SAT AND WAITED OVER 10 MINUTES, PASSED OVER THREE TIMES BY WAITRESSES AND STILL NO SERVICE. HUSBAND FINALLY GOT UP ASKED ABOUT GETTING SERVICE AND JUST RECEIVED BLANK STARE FROM ALL 4 WAITRESSES WORKING!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WALKED OUT AFTER THAT RESPONSE. WENT OVER TO IHOP AND RECEIVED EXCELLENT FRIENLY SERVICE AND FOOD

We are usually frequent diners at the Spa, however, sad to say maybe not any longer. We sat for 15 minutes while it appeared the waitresses ignored us while attending to other patrons. We left a sad note and even waived that we were leaving. They smiled and seemed to not care. We have always tipped 20 percent, and sometimes more. But usually came while they were changing shifts. We are left assume that the one waitress may not be passing on our tips to the original waitress?? Because we are left baffled on what happened. We've never had a problem in the past. This is very sad. Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Omelettes here are some of the better offerings in the area. However, they need to offer filtered water as Parsippany water has been deemed unsafe for consumption.

Waiter was on the ruder side, I’ve seen a couple comments about rude service, it was uncomfortable, she would greet other tables very kindly ours was not so much a greeting. She didn’t come to check and see how our food was until we finished eating. Probably won’t be eating here again, but everything’s an experience, no shame on the restaurant, just fix the attitude and service on your employees:)

I did not know it was a landmark unless I met some old folks. The Spa has been offering comforting home-cooked meals to its customers for “over 55 years” but not sure why, it is not as popular as it deserves.With its welcoming, homey atmosphere and retro vibe The Spa has always been a well-known gathering spot for locals. The Spa is in the center of a small strip mall right off North Beverwyck Road.We came here for brunch, and 80% of their customer base is above 50 Years...We ordered-grilled and chicken omelet - a perfect blend of omelet and chicken.French Toast and pancake comboThe food was great with local flavor.
