You just lost a potential long term loyal customer because of your staff attitude and pathetic menu. The thali that I got for $17 was absolutely disappointing. I was served three puris but none of the curries tasted good and they did not go well with puri. On top of it I had ordered two Thalis further adding to my fury. When I expressed my disappointment, your staff could best serve me with a katori of chole which too wasn’t good. I was offered no substitute or refund for the thali. I feel robbed for the money I paid. I had big plans of introducing your place too all my NJ friends but I myself am not going to visit your place anymore. If you really want to play the long game, improve your thali menu and please teach customer centrality to your staff

Food here is authentic and exceptional, and the gongura masala dosa is a must-try. However, I was disappointed with the service. It was my first time, and the staff was quite rude—they didn’t even bother to offer me a menu, so I had to figure it out on my own while they watched. When my daughter asked for extra chutney, an older man at the counter rudely told her to throw the cup away. Seriously, is this the kind of service you provide in the US? I’ve been to Jersey City multiple times and never had any issues like this.

I ordered mirchi bajji as a quick snack with great expectation from this place but hugely disappointed with the quality of the flour used in making these it’s is a mix of various flours the ingredients used doesn’t taste and smell like actual mirchi banjo.
I have eaten many times at other franchises of this chain they are really good
As a regular customer I Hope they will improve the quality and make better.

Just stopped by for a meal, I must say food was authentic and delicious. Warm and the portions were good too.

Best authentic (jain/swaminarayan )dosa, they took last minute Order. Staff was very attentive. Dosa was really nice with good quantity hot sambhar. We really enjoyed it
