The staff at this Starbucks is so amazing and they always make my drinks perfectly! Recently I accidentally ordered a drink on the app to the wrong Starbucks and didn’t realize till I got to the drive through, the workers were so kind and were able to make my drink without charging me again!!

I got the new macha strawberry Omg!! It was nasty. So it took me one week to return it.than the girl didn't even apologize???. Got another one which it was much much better.

Staff – including the managers – are not friendly at all. We've been loyal Starbucks customers at this location for many years, but the service has significantly declined over the past six months. It's disappointing to see such a noticeable drop in quality. What a shame.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. If I could give it a 0/5 I would. Tori was extremely rude and dismissive—if she's having a bad day, she takes it out on the customers. She got my order completely wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, the woman who remade the drink (a shorter lady behind the counter) rolled her eyes at me without saying a word. There was zero accountability, no apology, and no customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when people are paying for a specific order. I won’t be returning.

Never wrote a review but this is one of the worst service I received in a while. My colleague went and picked up my order today, I ordered ICED London fog latte with cold foam, and got a HOT black tea instead. Called and asked for a refund, didn’t get the refund or a simple sorry, but a RUDE store manager, thank you for ruining my good mood for this afternoon.

I order almost daily. However, 6 out of 10 times what I order is always out of stock. I understand that supplies ebb, but for that many days it being out of stock is unacceptable. They should be ordering enough stock to cover all their orders.

As a visitor from Boston, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a cohesive team working harmoniously together. Thank you for my cup of tea—just as I like it, hold the milk, I'm British! Good location . Right next to Hilton and other hotels . Went in to buy a coffee and it was really good . We ordered it with the mobile app and was very convenient to pick up . They had good space inside and outside to sit and dine . Lots and lots of parking available .
We ordered brown sugar oat milk cortado and it was toooooooooooo good . Was about 4.50 per short cup but tasted so good that I had to buy one more drink … wish they had larger sizes too. We also got plain coffee which was good too. Nice experience overall . Giving a 5 star just for the cortado .
Jasmine is so sweet. She was very welcoming and overall made my commute 100% better. I had already had a rough morning and her energy and sweet personality lifted me back up! Thank you, Staci

Barristas in the afternoon don’t know what they are doing. On multiple occasions they have gotten my order wrong or just put way too much milk or ice.
