The staff at this Starbucks is so amazing and they always make my drinks perfectly! Recently I accidentally ordered a drink on the app to the wrong Starbucks and didn’t realize till I got to the drive through, the workers were so kind and were able to make my drink without charging me again!!
I order almost daily. However, 6 out of 10 times what I order is always out of stock. I understand that supplies ebb, but for that many days it being out of stock is unacceptable. They should be ordering enough stock to cover all their orders.
Service truly defines a business, and this Starbucks exemplifies that perfectly. The atmosphere here is filled with happiness and enthusiasm, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing experience. As a visitor from Boston, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a cohesive team working harmoniously together. Thank you for my cup of tea—just as I like it, hold the milk, I'm British!
