Food was very tasty, got a cheese pizza, cheese was plentiful, everything hot and made right then, tasted good, not too long a wait, definitely worth it

I am in shock! I was charged $5.76 for just one slice and it’s not even fresh as you can see in the picture it is dry! To the owner, please understand that we have Baldwin pizza and parsippany’s best nearby as well. That’s amazing pizza and you do not serve this quality food or give any exceptional customer service. Your main customers including myself work in the strip mall and only come bc of convenience. I urge you to try harder! Thank you

I ordered a takeaway Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza (without bacon). According to the Menu, there should have been
Grilled chicken, cheddar & mozzarella topped with tomatoes, onions, arugula & ranch dressing. But there was hardly any cheddar or mozzarella. The portion of grilled chicken was barely minimum whereas the raw tomato and onion slices were too much (see picture). Surely NEVER AGAIN.

I have been waiting for a order more than 20 minutes when I ordered with application a while ago and every time they said another 5 minutes, there was no one, no long wait line and still waiting more than 20 minutes, it’s ridiculous

I had a very disappointing experience with my takeout order. I called ahead and ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich with vodka sauce, a bruschetta wrap with no fries (due to my potato allergy), and a Caesar salad. The person on the phone repeated my order back to me correctly, so I expected everything to be as requested.

However, when I got home, I realized the order was completely wrong. Instead of a chicken parmigiana sandwich with vodka sauce, I received a plain chicken cutlet on a roll with lettuce, tomato, and onion. The Caesar salad was drenched in oil, making it soggy and unappetizing—the person eating it could only salvage the chicken. Most frustratingly, despite specifically requesting no fries due to my allergy, the bruschetta wrap came with fries in the same container, making it unsafe for me to eat due to cross-contamination.

I didn’t call to complain because my family and I had a busy day and didn’t have time to drive back to Parsippany to correct someone else’s careless mistakes. However, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years, and I know firsthand that taking and preparing orders correctly is not difficult if done with care. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I likely won’t be returning.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Their pizzas are made with fresh ingredients, and the crust is perfectly crispy. The staff is very kind and provides fast service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend to everyone.

This place is so good! My favorite is the chicken tenders with steak fries and the penne vodka with broccoli and ricotta ! The staff is welcoming and never had a bad experience! Christopher, whom greets me almost every time is very energetic and always has a smile! I work local and come in often and never once had a bad time! I suggest coming here for lunch or dinner!

First time order for delivery. Arrived on time, hot and totally delicious. It's about time Parsippany had an authentic Italian Pizzeria that knows how to make traditional meals. Marinana delicious, calamari crispy and not overcooked, pizza crispy wet and delicious.
