This place was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful. All the food portions were amazing and filling. You can choose your own broth and just make your own sauce to either add to the broth or to use as a side. The only thing is that since it’s popular it a 30min-1hr waiting time but it’s perfect for a date or a family/friends outing. You do have 2hrs to finish eating so that other people may have a turn which is very considerate. They also have a little free ice cream section. I would totally go back and hopefully I can go back again. ☺️

Service was not good. The wait staff was very short with us and would adjust the temperature of our grill without saying anything while we were cooking. They wordlessly turned off our grill at the 1 hour mark and gave us the check (when we hadn’t asked for it) implying we should leave, even though the restaurant was empty and the sign on the tables say we are paying for 2 hours. Even at a non-buffet-style restaurant it is common to stay for over an hour. Overall the service was very passive aggressive and rude.
The food was about average for a hotpot/bbq place like this. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. My main complaint is the passive aggressive service and cutting us off at 1 hour, which felt scammy.

Went here on a Sunday. Since this was on the weekend, expect a wait (but worth). It took us 20 minutes for us to get seated but you can order hot pot and kbbq at the same time. The meats came out here pretty fast. They also have a sauce guide on the walls to help you make the. Most of the meats here are pretty standard to other KBBQ spots but like the others still amazing nonetheless. They also have private rooms in the back, assuming you can book for private parties.

I'm not too crazy about hotpots (I don't like cooking my own food when I go out) but this one is my son's favorite restaurant so it's where we go on special occasions.

V-yan is our go to hotpot spot. The service, food and quality is consistent and great. Pricing is reasonable and 2 hours is more than enough time for an all you can eat. The dessert selection is small and consist of ice cream and red bean soup, but that's more than enough because we are always too full to eat anymore.
It's a first come first serve. They do not take reservations.

Hands-down, the best Hotpot place they are generous. The service is fast. The soups are mouthwatering and it’s always Service with a smile. While my sons eat 3 pounds of meat, I myself love the seafood whether it’s the oysters, the clams, the muscles or the crabs I eat until I’m over full and still the ladies asked me if I want more and if you haven’t tried the enoki mushrooms. As a rule, ask for what you want, but you must eat what you get don’t waste food in this place because the prices are low and we don’t want them going up at the end of the meal. They have an ice cream bar with the most delicious red bean and green tea ice cream and they have a sauce bar with many many different sauces so you can have fun there as well take your whole family. I go every week with mine. How I wish they took reservations, but the Wait is usually short
