Food is ok, nothing special. It was our first time there, and it probably will be our last. The staff are unfriendly, and there is no explanation of how the system works or where to grab spoons, sauces, etc. Like sit and figure out by yourself. And yes, we asked but ... And no, wasn't busy at all.
My first time there. They don't take reservations. Get there early with your entire party. I got there at 7 did not get seated till 7:30. The food came fast and plentiful. We ordered hot pot only. I think I would have preferred the grill. Some greeter were not helpful at all. While others were great. It was not worth $30. Per person.
Fantastic spot for Hot Pot and Korean BBQ. We've been going here since they opened and have enjoyed it every time. You order your raw meats, seafood, and veggies to cook at the table. At about $25-30 for all you can eat, it's a great deal!
