Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went there for a family dinner. The food was not good. I know it's applebees, but the chicken was overcooked so bad that you needed a knife to cut it. I ordered the new spicy honey mustard chicken sandwich and tasted no sauce on it. The server was friendly and nice but spilled the ice from a soda drink all over the table. The food came out fast and hot. The service overall was ok but the food quality is terrible.

Place empty and the host at the door looked lost couldn’t sit us I asked if the place is empty I don’t understand what’s the wait she couldn’t find one server after 15 minutes I just walked out horrible service

I come to this place very often with my friends and we are always happy with the service but yesterday it was the complete opposite they sat us and our waitress came 25 minutes later she never brought our drinks and when she finally did the last drink she brought was all melted and looked horrible and she didn't even bring napkins then we asked for the bill and I told her my drink tasted bad and I didn't like it that's why I didn't drink it to which she just replied "okay" and then it took another 25 minutes to bring the bill and she charged me for something I didn't drink

I stop here occasionally for a few beers after work. I gotta tell you the girls see me coming and my Brewtus gets to my seat the same time I do if not before. Same thing with the refills. If only the menu were a bit more varied.

Horrible experience, I sat and waited patiently to be seated. The host looked at me and smiled, never seated me. Another family came and they seated them asap. I got up and left. I think this happened because of my skin color.

Had lunch here yesterday I sick steaks are fake and taste horrible 🤮

NEVER AGAIN!!!. I want sunday afternoon with my son to eat some good food which i remembered from years ago.
Unfortunately in the menu there was not match to choose and almost all with french fries. No greens!!! We choose some staff, where waiting long time, waitress was slow and forgot a lot of times what we ordered, got ribs without sauce and coleslaw, shrimp's without sauce, she forgot about my drink and later to give as boxes. ufff not recommend that place.

It is good the food is delicious. They are helpful . When they come out with the food, it is warm . They are the nicest people you could meet. They are welcoming with open arms. Me and my friends always go there.

Horrible experience, bad manager and awful food. I ordered a 6oz sirloin that looked skimp, clearly not 6oz, which i was able to eat in less than 5 minutes. My toddler nephew had the chicken sandwich from them which tasted as if it was fried in stale oil. He ended up throwing up everything he ate right after we paid for the dinner. We went in the kitchen to find the manager and found her and the kitchen staff all standing and watching us on the camera monitor. When asked for a refund for the food that caused my 3 year old nephew to throw up, she said no. We explained to her that the reason he threw up was because of her food since he was fine all day but she said "you should take him to the hospital if he's not feeling well." We just left after that, not worth arguing. Worst experience and I've been to applebees many times, just that location and manager was nowhere near the standard I'm used too.

Wait staff tries really hard but management not great kitchen staff slow total. Experience is okay but for a chain very slow. Food okay haven't been her in a while I now remember why?

Manager Chris and our server Andrew handled our concern very quickly. Andrew did really great job knowing it’s also his first day! Manager Chris was very helpful! We’ll definitely come back!
