TL;DR:
Extremely long wait times, inattentive and poorly trained staff, forgotten drinks and utensils, incorrect and low-quality food, and dismissive management. One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.

We went out for a late-night dinner and were met with a truly frustrating and disappointing experience from the moment we walked in.
It began with the host asking how many were in our party—then walking away without taking our name or giving any kind of wait time estimate. We stood waiting for 5–10 minutes with no explanation before I had to physically get his attention. Even then, he briefly acknowledged us and left again, only returning a few minutes later to finally seat us. The restaurant was busy, but the disorganization and lack of communication were unacceptable.
After we were seated, we waited another 5–10 minutes before a server even acknowledged us. When she finally arrived, her greeting was rushed and impersonal. She didn’t offer any drink or appetizer suggestions, just took our order: I asked for water, loaded waffle fries, and classic bone-in wings. My sister ordered mozzarella sticks and beef nachos—no jalapeños, with the chips on the side.
Then we waited again. No check-in, no updates, no drinks. The server only returned when she dropped off our food—and even then, we had to remind her that we hadn’t received our beverages or any utensils. She returned with just one glass of water for two people, then casually asked if we wanted a second. It was baffling. In what world would only one person at a table want water?
As for the food, it was equally disappointing. I was given cold boneless wings instead of the bone-in wings I ordered. Thankfully, management did agree to remake them and comp them, which I appreciated. My sister, however, received a bizarre and poorly constructed version of nachos: a bowl of beef and a separate bowl of queso, with no classic toppings—no pico, no sour cream, no guacamole—and several of the chips were undercooked and chewy. When she politely brought this up to the manager, he dismissed her concerns entirely and claimed the dish was “prepared correctly.”
Between the lack of basic service, long and repeated wait times, carelessly prepared food, and the manager’s refusal to take responsibility, this was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time. We left feeling frustrated, unheard, and still hungry. We won’t be back—and I’d advise others to steer clear as well.

Terrible service. We were standing at the entrance waiting to be seated for around 20 minutes, the host made eye contact with us multiple times and not once did he fully acknowledge us. Id understand if they were busy but it was very slow. I believe we were not provided service because of our appearance.

I’ve had it with the rude employees at this location. Whenever I order carside, they never come out to the car, literally not once in over 5 times have I actually had carside service after requesting it. But that’s not the worst part. When I walk in to pickup the food, employee after employee walks past me without even looking at me, it’s almost like they're doing it on purpose. Tonight I flagged an employee down and said excuse me, to which he replied by not even saying anything and just stares at me. I ask if they have my order ready and he still doesnt speak a word. He gets my food, hands it to me with out saying anything and walks away. Listen, I work a service job too, so this isn't me talking down to anyone. But the fact that I feel so unwelcomed coming to my local applebees is not acceptable.

The food was decent, nothing extraordinary, but it hit the spot for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We asked for mayo with our meal and never received it. I followed up a second time, and while our server apologized, she still never brought it.
We went there for a family dinner. The food was not good. I know it's applebees, but the chicken was overcooked so bad that you needed a knife to cut it. I ordered the new spicy honey mustard chicken sandwich and tasted no sauce on it. The server was friendly and nice but spilled the ice from a soda drink all over the table. The food came out fast and hot. The service overall was ok but the food quality is terrible.

Place empty and the host at the door looked lost couldn’t sit us I asked if the place is empty I don’t understand what’s the wait she couldn’t find one server after 15 minutes I just walked out horrible service

I come to this place very often with my friends and we are always happy with the service but yesterday it was the complete opposite they sat us and our waitress came 25 minutes later she never brought our drinks and when she finally did the last drink she brought was all melted and looked horrible and she didn't even bring napkins then we asked for the bill and I told her my drink tasted bad and I didn't like it that's why I didn't drink it to which she just replied "okay" and then it took another 25 minutes to bring the bill and she charged me for something I didn't drink
