Amazing service and attention to the customer!!! Food was hot and fresh, it didn’t taste like it was sitting there for a minute and just re heated. The staff made sure to pay attention to small details like sauces, napkins and utensils!!

You always end up waiting longer than you should for your food for takeout even if you set up an order hours ahead of time. Once they missed mine completely until I got there. The food is usually consistently good or decent but the coleslaw has been mushy water the last couple times. 9 times out of 10 they forget my complementary sides and side sauces so I always check my bag before I leave. Ordered the new bao buns for the first time and I feel like they’re a rip off. The chicken...

The food wouldn’t be bad at all since it’s a franchise. But the quantity was a joke tonight. We ordered 2 sides: fries and fried rice. Both can in just 1/2 of the containers. The rice was yet again 1/2 cooked. Not to mention we waited 30+ minutes longer than estimated time. Very disappointed.
