I am writing this review because the manager was amazing. I believe his name was Kevin. He was working his butt off bussing tables, checking in on guests, and making sure the place ran smoothly. As a server, I was so impressed to see such a great manager.
Ambiance is good… but I have a problem when they actually ask you if the food was ok and you give constructive feedback. I’ve been going there since it was first opened and the quality of the actual food has gone down. What makes it worse is when I stated that the cheese curds had a chicken taste, the manager said the oil was clean. My concern was more about, why are you cooking fries and cheese curds and anything else that’s not chicken in the same oil! That’s messed...
Everything was perfect, we got our food pretty fast and the food was delicious, our server Ariana was a sweetheart, she made sure we had the best experience, always asking if we needed anything.
