Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been buying veg chipotle take away for couple of months now from Chipotle at US-46, almost every weekend. Since last 3 weeks, they have been giving half the regular quantity, while charging same price for the take aways. First 2 times, I thought its a genuine mistake. But finally understood they are intentionally doing it. Lost the trust and decided never to buy from there. Advice for other take away buyers - please make sure to check quantity before leaving premises. Or, dont buy from them. Go to some other branch or prepare at home and have hearty meal.

They always charge me for what I ordered and never give me everything. Third time they forgot the guacamole on all 4 of my burritos and my guacamole side for the chips. I won't be returning.

I had a QR code to redeem free chips with a purchase. When I asked to use it, the manager on duty told me that they only had large chips available, so she couldn’t honor the offer. She then told me to come back the next day and make another purchase if I wanted to use the code.
The problem wasn’t about the chips — it was the principle and the lack of customer value. It didn’t make sense that I couldn’t receive the regular-size chips simply because only the large size was in stock. Being told “I can’t do that” by a manager, even when it was clearly an easy substitution, felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Really bad service. They put the wrong bowl in my bag — one that contained meat, even though I’m a strict vegetarian. When I went back, they blamed me for taking the wrong bowl, even though the bag clearly had my name on it. They made me call corporate to explain the situation, but that didn’t help at all.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and the meat portion is always too little. Today it was so small, I almost requested a refund. Do better!

My one meal never made it into the bag however, my other one did and I didn't notice this mishap until I got home. I returned to the store and Cristy was very helpful she made me a new bowl and gave me a card for a free entrée.

Little disappointed. Compared with North Bergen and jersey City, Chipotle is more delicious and good contenty.

I picked 2 salads for my coworkers , the recipe is $20:26 yesterday. I checked my card it is $26.31. The girl in front over changed me. This is kind of sneaky.
