On hold on phone 11 minutes
I put an order in last night around 12:15 am. I get that's late, but the tracker said it was being prepped.I check back an hour later and the location is closed, it still says the pizza is in prep, and not a single phone call to tell me they can't complete the order. And they still have my money.
