Spent 5$ on this garbage drink, when asked for supervisor or manager guy stated no one was around the solve my issue and was going to just have to order a new one. He said the owner was watching the cameras and would get in trouble. What kind of place is this? Lmaoo talk about customer service. Avoid it!!!!

And when I entered, I saw one employee who was cleaning the sales hall and several others who were hiding behind the coffee maker. They all saw me and went about their business and did not react in any way. In your other establishments, employees immediately approach and place orders. Here I waited for some time and no one came to me, they all saw that I was waiting and nothing, there were no clients. Since I was in a great hurry and did not see any movements, I was disappointed in your employees and had to leave your establishment. And I will recommend everyone to avoid it. Because people are in a hurry in the morning and count on the speed of service. Therefore, I thank you and your employees for everything, but I am no longer your client. Sorry. They will interpret your order however they like and get upset when you tell them that you received the wrong drink. This has happened time and time again with no apology or refund.

I get there at 5:45 and the owner is just getting there when they open at 5:30. He tells me that’s he just opened so I have to wait about 15 minutes. This is no problem so I ask to use the bathroom. When I come out he immediately asks me if I cleaned it? Very weird and uncommon to ask that. Then they take about 25 minutes to get me my food and drink which was not even mixed so when I sipped it I almost threw up just drinking pure sweetener. Basically what I’m trying to say is hey open at 6.
