I placed an order for six donuts on Instacart from the lake Hiawatha Dunkin’ Donuts I ordered two Boston cream, two strawberry with sprinkles and two chocolate with sprinkles, The donuts were hard as a rock stainless could be you had to throw them out and the order was wrong. They never gave me the Boston cream donuts. They gave me two other kind of donuts. Seems like whenever I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s always a problem either they don’t have enough donuts out or what they do have out. They’ve been there all day. If you don’t go early in the morning, forget it the rest of the day you’re gonna get stale donuts And if you order more than one cup of coffee, you have to actually ask for a tray to carry the coffee in otherwise they don’t even give you a tray always disappointed whenever I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Nothing good, bad service, I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me more ice than coffee.
They gave me everything mini bagel without toasting it and undercooked.

Worst customer service, most unfriendly staff. People are kind of lost and always live in their own world forgetting they are here to work ??♂️
Kid-friendliness: They are not at all kid friendly, even at a request will not give a cup of tap water - that hardly asked by one in 100 customers a day!!! The reason told is they pay money for a cup and cannot give it for free ! Wait that’s after we spent $11.8 on the store which is local to us!

They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. I also have to say THANK YOU for always getting my coffee just right! Some other Dunkins don't make it the same way every visit, but this one makes it correctly every single time. Make this Dunkin your main one, you will not regret it!
