I got this latte this morning from this branch and it tasted different. I just realized that it’s not with oat milk which I definitely told them that I wanted oat milk. Because I’m allergic to milk.

Coffee was great, consistent with any Dunkin. The building itself was a bit run down. And there were several signs in bathroom to not flush anything down the toilet - including toilet paper! Uhmmmm???

I like to get my iced coffee with oat milk here. One time there were obnoxious out of towners making super complicated orders. It terrible. While I waited I doom scrolled instagram for like, minutes. My coffee was really good that day. Kreb Up Frag Out.

water down trash. i honestly don't think they know what they are doing here at all. the breakfast sandwich was awful. large iced Cafe latte didn't have any espresso in it. like. just skip this place and go to the other coffee place down the road.

Trash cans in store and restrooms overflowing and frozen coffee is all syrup no coffee!! So disappointing!
I bought a drink and as I was leaving, a male employee and a female employee both possibly in their later 20s or early 30s made harassing comments at me. Both of them that they were funny as they made harassing comments at me while I was walking out of the store. I was coming to this location for many years and it's because it was a five star location to me. Maybe if things like this stopped then I would change my review in the future.

Always has what you need very friendly staff good products and coffee.
Parking: Overall, lots of parking wished they would have a drive threw.
Everytime I come here the bathroom is out of order which tells me they just don't want anyone using it. The place is generally dirty so they don't like to clean and they don't have any communication at all coming in or after completing your purchase. Who runs a business like this? I won"t come back anymore. Get my coffee somewhere else.

The order ahead placed through the app was not ready, and when it was, it was incorrect. Employee did not care. It was cause for a very stressful situation. I have never had this experience at any Dunkin in Parsippany, nor anywhere else.
Reader: if you think your order placed ahead with a ten minute window will be ready and waiting for you at 5:30 am on a Saturday morning, you’re wrong. There are two Dunkins within a 5 minutes radius- please take your business there. Not worth being late, or getting aggravated because of their incompetence.
