I recently stopped at Honest and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.Firstly, the food was absolutely delicious! Food is “OK” not so great, they do not follow the sequence, if you order soup and main course, they will get you the main course first and soup later.
Also, the most ridiculous thing is they charge 15% gratuity when they just keep plastic cutlery and tap water and 1 food runner, and I bet they don’t even give tips/gratuity to employees.
Gratuity should be charged if it goes to server, it shouldn’t be charged just because you do not have more customers.
