Hot Bagels & Deli of Parsippany

I’ve ordered from here twice now and will never go back. My order has been wrong each time and it’s over priced for the quality. Asked for extra meet and egg on an everything bagel with SPK. Got 3 thin slices of Taylor ham, 2 eggs. No salt pepper or ketchup. Don’t come here.

Edit to reply: None of what you said happened. My order was to go. I shouldn’t have to open the bag and unwrap my food to fix your mistake.

I think this place is moderately priced but the two times I've been there and the manager is no where in site. My service is questionable. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll today and my sandwich was more bread than meat and egg, very skimp. I also ordered a mini bagel and had to give the cashier my bagel back because it barely had cream cheese on it. I checked because the prior time before that my fagel was slightly burned with barely no cream cheese and I had to turn around and bring it back. The place looks so clean and pristine but it's like they are cutting cost and skimping out on making you feel like your getting your monies worth.

The Eggs bagel was delicious!! Would def come back here ☺️☺️☺️

I absolutely love this place. It offers great food, fantastic service, and not to mention the atmosphere of the place. The store recently went through a renovation, which in my opinion has improved the restaurant’s look by a lot. I love this place and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants some great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.

While i was ordering a lady who works here picked up my child without my permission and while i wasnt looking. Way out of line. We stayed away from her while our order was getting ready and i kept my child close to me. If you bring your kids here make sure to keep a close eye on them

Really friendly service with fresh hot Bagels.

I popped in unexpectedly and was able to get a BEC on a fresh bagel in under 4 minutes. Everything was great.

If I'm ever in the area again, I hope to stop by again.

Nice place, good food and fast service and smiling staff :)Excellent Bagels, chewy, soft, perfect texture, and flavor. There are no store serve bagels like Hot Bagels of Parsippany. Their vegie cream cheese on an everything Bagel is awesome! Their French toast Bagels are great and their protein sandwich are delicious and make you good for the day.Definitely recommend this place.
