They ignore notes about allergies so if you have allergies don't order from here. I had to throw out my food and the woman on the phone couldn't understand anything I said and didn't even seem to know what a refund was. So frustrating I couldn't get what I ordered without the things I'm allergic to or get any customer service help to correct it.

Excellent quality bagels. Great amount of cream cheese. Price reasonable for 2025.

Bacon egg cheese needs a bit more egg in it however. Otherwise excellent breakfast spot.

My daughter and I stopped here in route to a friend's house for breakfast. We purchased a baker's dozen and the bagels were fantastic!! So fresh!! So tasty!! So huge but light and airy. Delicious!! Best bagels we ever had. We live a distance away but, we will be back because it's worth the trip!!

There used to be another women working the counter. This women today 8/28/25 was very rude to me. I won’t be returning . What a shame

Had been going here for the last 7-8 years, new ownership came in, the food/service has been terrible. The last 3 times I’ve gone, cheese not melted on a breakfast sandwich, and this last time no cheese at all. Then when I call them, the lady who answered said, can’t talk very busy and flat out hung up on me. Rude and incompetent people ruining what used to be a solid bagel spot. What should be so easy, is exceptionally difficult apparently.

On July 24, 2025, I stopped in to get a sliced lox and cream cheese on a toasted onion bagel. Great little store. Ample parking, handicap friendly, good customer service and food was fresh!

Hot Bagels did an amazing job catering breakfast for our camp volunteers. Food was great! Sam is super helpful and great to work with!

This place is very cheap. If you ask for a bacon egg and cheese they will give you ONE egg! Very disappointed I will not come back! Save your money folks
