Service was a bit slow. At times we had to hunt for any waiters to come over, even though there were hardly 3 tables of customers occupied when we went. But, once they are with customers, they pay good attention and provide good recommendations. Very friendly staff. Omelette is consistently of same quality. But we felt the chicken strips to be too try and hard.

This Ihop was one of the best! The hostess was welcoming, and our waiter Renzo was very kind and attentive! Our food arrived in no time, and when I asked for some tartar , it came in seconds! ( Some places you are half through your food when the things arrive, right?!) We had excellent service and the food was delicious!
I always have a great experience every time I visit IHOP in Parsippany! The service is consistently excellent the staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. Whether you’re dining in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right.
One thing that really stands out is how clean the restaurant always is. From the dining area to the restrooms, everything is spotless and well maintained, which makes the whole dining experience even better.

We had a bad experience with service here. My husband and I were a party of two - when got there, they seated us in a booth right away and gave us menus. We waited there a good 15 minutes without a server coming to our table not in the least to even offer us drinks. A family of five then was seated behind us and a server came to that table asap even though we were seated first and no one came to us. So my husband and I at that point got up and left. We met the manager know and in fact he was defense and didn’t offer us anything like a free meal . We went to the diner and went in, server came right away and food was delicious.

We hadn't been to an IHOP in years and didn't know what to expect. What we got was a delicious breakfast & first-class, welcoming service in a wonderfully family-friendly atmosphere. The servers even came out to sing someone 'Happy Birthday'! A really nice start to a Sunday - we'll be back.
