I ordered fries, no salt, and waited a few minutes before getting in line. Waited in the drive thru line and received lukewarm fries with salt! They definitely didn't make a fresh batch. I remember when McDonald's fries were hot and irresistible!

This is the 3rd time I have now ordered at McDonald’s and selected featured items from the monopoly menu that come with monopoly peel off stickers. And I open the bag to only find 1 item with a sticker. A quarter pounder with cheese I selected from the monopoly menu , this isn’t something I normally get. I actually normally get a cheaper burger.. Disappointed 3 times now. This is also my go to preferred McDonald’s so it’s upsetting. What is up with this . Not nice. Also want to mention I talk with respect , this was a mobile pick up & there were no issues with the service besides this..

Would give zero if I could. When they packed my delivery order the first time they only packed my drinks, no food. When I re ordered my food, the fries were wet and soggy and basically paste, the nuggets were just as soggy and stale, and the frappe was half empty. Zero chocolate sauce in the frappe, almost no whipped cream. Absolutely awful. Just go to the other location on RT 46 in Parsippany by the Petco. Staff is friendly there and they actually prepare edible food as opposed to whatever slop this place is selling.
