I placed an order with extra items and had a specific request, but the person at the drive-thru window was extremely rude and unaccommodating. It’s disappointing to spend money at a place where the staff can’t take a moment to show basic courtesy. The behavior was unacceptable enough that I felt the need to call the store directly to address it.

Having worked at McDonald’s myself when I was younger, I know it’s possible to treat customers with respect, even during busy times. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I suggest visiting a different McDonald’s—this location clearly needs to address how their drive-thru staff interact with customers.

We (me and jordin) waited 10 minutes to get ranch and every single employee ignored us even tho we were RIGHT IN FRONT of them. They looked right over us as we waited and we felt judged so we sat down. (me and jordin) Finally we had the courage to ask again so we got up and stood there for another 5 minutes which then the lady gave us only ONE RANCH. we are only hitting CHIPOTLE from now on. (me and jordin) do NOT come here (everyone) they had TERRIBLE customer service (the workers) also their music selection is bad.😡💔😦

Terrible service. They make you pull up to the front and I ordered 2 things lol…… AND they can’t even get that right! I go home and my order is completely screwed up. Really annoying. I will not be coming back here.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I have sensitive teeth, so I always request no ice in my drinks. Unfortunately, my drink came with ice, so I politely returned it and simply said, “Oh, I asked for no ice.”

To my shock, the employee assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and proceeded to insult me in a very disrespectful and disgusting way—in Spanish. Of course, I confronted him about it, and he had the audacity to lie to my face. This behavior is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

I ordered from the online app 20 minutes prior to my arrival trying to get my son breakfast BEFORE dropping him off at school. I arrive to the McDonald's to pick up my food and they tell me they didn't make the order yet. Perplexed by this I ask them why not and the manager Gabriel tells me they don't start making the food for online pick ups until you actually get there. Obviously this makes no sense so I explain why I ordered in advance and how I now have to send my son to school without the food. I then ask for a refund. She tells me they don't refund prepaid online orders and the money will just go back to my account. It never did and I never got the order. I called corporate McDonald's to complain and never received a response back from their customer service team. The manager was completely rude, wouldn't give me a refund receipt, and lied about me picking up the food. I'll be calling again and stopping by everyday I can until I get my money back.
