Got Uber eats and the kitchen forgot 2 food items I ordered

I like coming here but today was so bad!!! Wings came out dry. Bartender did not pay attention to me. I tried to speak to manager and she was very indifferent about my experience. Also beer on tap was flat, had to reserve to the can!

If you in want an affordable night out for steaks with the kids, this is the place to go. Staff is super accommodating and friendly. They have little toys and crayonsfor the kiddos. Don't sleep on the blooming blonde ale. It was a perfect pairing for ribeye. Our server Eli was especially courteous during a very busy dinner rush. Our food and drinks were served quickly and really enjoyed it so much that we make it a family tradition. My 3yr old has already declared he wants his birthday dinner here.

This is my first time there with my daughter, and the blonde-haired woman at the bar is super rude. She saw my daughter and I walked in but didn't greet us or give us a seat; we waited 16 minutes. Finally, I got a seat. This other young lady noticed me when I said something. She was super nice, but I didn't feel comfortable spending my money there. Groceries are expensive, and if I'm going to spend my money out eating. I want good service—first and last time.

Took over 30 minutes for server to take our order. Then a long wait for food. Never received more bread that we asked for.

We visited this location twice. The first time our steak was cooked exactly the way we asked but the service wasn't the best as we had mistakes from the kitchen and lack of attention from server, and the hostest sat us without silverware or a high chair for our baby. Since we liked the food we came a second time. The second visit the service was better, but the steaks were bleeding when asked for well done. Complete turn-off for my husband.
