It’s a shame.Honestly, a few months ago I could’ve said this was my favorite Starbucks around Morris county & thankfully some of The old staff members are still located here,but recently before the holiday they’ve hired new staff which is great & understandable but let me tell you the quality of this Starbucks has gone down so poorly, When it comes to the coffee, everything taste burnt, bitter without any kind of flavor, everything’s with no effort. mind you I’m nothing but kind when I speak to people because you never know what people are going through so it’s not like I’m one of those rude customers you know, and I would never even put a review if it weren’t for a Fact that this is a repetitive situation with bad coffee and attitude, for example; I wasn’t even looked in the eye when I was ordering, everything was done with an “ugh next! what now” attitude; In particular, this one gentleman working morning shift on 1/7/24. I’ve had spoken up about my coffee in regards of maybe making a little bit better, are paying for extra pumps to give it some kind of flavor besides burnt .but I just got looked at like I didn’t belong there and how dare I say something, I mean heck! we’re in Jersey I can take a little attitude but when I receive my coffee every single time tasting like trash,while I’m paying eight bucks for it !! excuse me, but NO. I hope this review gets to somebody at the store, and hopefully properly train staff.

This is the second time I've come for a coffee because I was in the store already. I ordered a flat white with half and half, and I basically got a cup of hot cream. Yes, I did order decaf, but I would think that three shots of espresso, even decaf I would taste. As mentioned by someone else, remember this is Target. If you want an authentic Starbucks drink, go to the store down the street. And I say thank you to the girl making it, and she basically pretends I said nothing. The reviews are accurate.

No welcome to Starbucks. The employees seem like they were miserable. The floors were pretty dirty there was boxes on the corners by the entrance and by the displays employee was talking negative remarks about customers order on a drink through the drive-through.

I did a mobile order, i ordered threee thing stoo drinks and one lunch item the lunch item came out first then the drink and i’m still waiting for my drink it’s been 7 min after the estimated time on my phone so i ask a barista how long is my drink gng to take and he said there getting started on it and i was like ok then another 3 min pass and i see my drink just sitting there for a good time and then i ask the same guy i say my drink is just sitting there i’ve been here for so long and then finnaly they give me the drink in fact so many other people came in the store ordered and got there drink before me then after that i wanted a starberry acia lemonade refresher without strawberries and they out strawberries in it so after all that wait u get my drink wrong??

No matter how many times you ask for thick foam in ur cold brew they end up mixing the foam in the entire drink !! Use the cloud foamer how hard is this!!!! Denville rocks I have to drive out of my own town because Parsippany has only 1 lady who gets the drink correct!

I'm hearing rumors of this Starbucks shutting down and I have to say I am very disappointed. The one up the road doesn't make a dam thing correctly ever and yet they stay open when this branch actually does make drinks the right way! This is going to be very upsetting for those of us that work in this strip mall and go there on an everyday basis, someone should say something about this nonsense!
