So, I am visiting family from Houston. I go to Starbucks almost everyday. Every time I come home I come to this Starbucks because of the convenience of the drive thru and have never had a problem. However, today was different. I ordered an iced tea and an oatmeal. Upon receiving the iced tea the lid was not secured and the tea spilled in the car. The individual handing me the tea didn’t even take notice. I had to tap on the drive thru window for napkins to clean up the tea. The employee never made eye contact or said anything. Okay fine 🤷🏽♂️, not a hill I’m gonna die on. I get home open the oatmeal and there is dry oatmeal in the cup. There might have been a table spoon of water added to the cup. I stirred just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. Literally dry oatmeal coming up as I stirred the oatmeal. Needless to say I won’t be back. Ice tea and oatmeal? Come on Starbucks there were definitely an ample amount to staff in the Starbucks and they were not busy. Needless to say I’m not going to return to this location.

Yesterday i walked inside starkbucks 11/6. WOW from the outstanding customer service, smiles from everyone working at that location I must say i was amazed! The place is very clean and neat. Management, pls thank your entire morning staff on 11/6, they are the best.. keep up the good work!! This is from someone who appreciates hard work!

30+ minutes for a mobile order pickup. Left without my order
I’m a regular Starbucks customer and have been ordering the Lavender Matcha almost every day. Today, I was told it’s no longer available and was recommended the new Strawberry Matcha as an alternative. I went ahead and ordered it with extra cream—something I’ve done many times before without any extra charge.
To my surprise, I was charged $1.25 extra. When I questioned it, the staff insisted that Lavender Matcha includes cream by default, and that’s why I was never charged before. This explanation didn’t make sense, especially since I’ve always requested extra cream as a custom add-on. It felt like the barista was either misinformed or new, and instead of trying to clarify or assist politely, she became defensive.
To make it more confusing, when I tried ordering again today with extra foam, no extra charge showed up on the app. This kind of inconsistency and lack of customer service is disappointing—especially for someone who visits daily.
I hope Starbucks looks into better training and consistency across staff and locations.

I placed my order through the Starbucks app, and was told it would be ready in 4 to 7 minutes. Instead, I waited 17 minutes with no update, no acknowledgment, and no sense of urgency from the staff.
Only after I asked what was going on did someone respond — and they eventually apologized and refunded my payment.
While I appreciate the refund, the service was still extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back to this location.
