I’m a regular Starbucks customer and have been ordering the Lavender Matcha almost every day. Today, I was told it’s no longer available and was recommended the new Strawberry Matcha as an alternative. I went ahead and ordered it with extra cream—something I’ve done many times before without any extra charge.
To my surprise, I was charged $1.25 extra. When I questioned it, the staff insisted that Lavender Matcha includes cream by default, and that’s why I was never charged before. This explanation didn’t make sense, especially since I’ve always requested extra cream as a custom add-on. It felt like the barista was either misinformed or new, and instead of trying to clarify or assist politely, she became defensive.
To make it more confusing, when I tried ordering again today with extra foam, no extra charge showed up on the app. This kind of inconsistency and lack of customer service is disappointing—especially for someone who visits daily.
I hope Starbucks looks into better training and consistency across staff and locations.

I placed my order through the Starbucks app, and was told it would be ready in 4 to 7 minutes. Instead, I waited 17 minutes with no update, no acknowledgment, and no sense of urgency from the staff.
Only after I asked what was going on did someone respond — and they eventually apologized and refunded my payment.
While I appreciate the refund, the service was still extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

i asked to one of the stuff if they have anything with strawberry flavor because i couldnt see in the menu on the back and she just looked at my face as if i asked like the most weird question and she didnt answer. Then my husband intervened and tried to give me some options. because it was an awkward silence moment with raised eyebrows and face with an attitude (???) I dont have to know all the things in the menu that starbucks has. I asked a simple question and if the question is confusing for some reason just ask me some more details dont give me the attitute. On the other hand the other girl with green hair was really kind.

Came to this Starbucks as we needed a place to go so my dad could do work while we had a showing on the house. To start, the staff, Tania, Sarah, Zoi, and Rayan are AMAZING! They were all beyond helpful in taking the orders, answering my questions and being super friendly to me despite my weird neurodivergence quirks. I was also on crutches so they helped bring the drinks and the food to the table for me which was BEYOND sweet of them and unexpected but much appreciated! Also the free refills on tea and iced brews are a plus! The location itself was clean and spacious! Outlets under the booths along the wall, a “community” center which I think is a bit quieter place where the music isn’t as loud. I tried the new jalapeño cheddar pocket. And it was delicious! It wasn’t too spicy as I don’t like spice but had a small kick. It was creamy though. Despite having a busy drive though the wait wasn’t long at all. The bathrooms are also super clean and handicap accessible! Highly recommend! Thank you!
After foaming up my oat milk the barista just jammed a regular milk onto the foamer with even a wipe down. No attempt at cleanliness at all

Waited almost 15 mts. The lady worker who works there took order for the persons in front of me and went away to prepare for them when it’s my turn to order. Atleast she didn’t even say that she’s gonna come back and take order. I waited so bad and the male worker said he would come back. Atleast he responded. But again no one took my order . came back . Worst experience
