I’d like to start with the less impressive of the two things that I really enjoy about this Starbucks - the space
The space is clean, open, and comfortable. Natural light fills the cafe with an impressive amount of seating and table space. I have been here all times of the day and night each day of the week and have always been able to find a *good* seat to sit and get work done for a few hours.
But now on to the real reason this location has me in an absolute chokehold - the staff
Words would fail me if I were to regale you with all the ways that exceptionalism flows from each of these top-tier baristas. I have never had a bad experience with any of these baristas, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have my favorites
Holly - a true and genuine caring person. Holly is ready to give her talents and her heart to each person that walks in. She’s so kind and even when pressed or in a rush, she never makes the customer feel rushed. Her menu knowledge is second to none and always willing to give a recommendation. You know it will be a good day when Holly is behind the counter. I call it a Holly-day 😊
Anabel - I’d say that Anabel was the personality hire of the group, except that she is also a brilliantly talented barista. I’ve been astounded by the ways that Anabel has volunteered to take my standard drink orders to the ^Next Level^ by adding in her own personal flare. If you ever don’t know what to ask for - ask for Anabel - she’ll take care of you
Cass - One of the first people I met my first time I came, and an inextricable part of why I keep coming back - Cass is so fun! She will become a fast friend to any that can match her warm inviting energy. When having a particularly hard day, she took time while on break to just sit and chat with me. This is more than a good employee - Cass is a good person that any establishment would be fortunate to have representing them.
Rayyan - This is the first person I met on my very first visit. I can recall her being the supervisor on shift and I noticed some kind of inspection taking place. Certainly, Rayyan might’ve been nervous, but rather than allowing that stress to flow on to the customer, she met me with a smile and even laughter. It’s extremely unusual to find a supervisor who is this cool under pressure, while being so people-centric. It’s obvious her coworkers feel comfortable around her because they feel cared about and supported by her. Rayyan takes a group of talented baristas and turns them into a team. Since then, I’ve happened to have been in the cafe for visits of a regional manager, local management, and third party inspections - Rayyan’s confidence in her team during each of these instances is well-earned because of care she puts into each shift. Kind, caring, effective leadership is rare and I’m privileged to be able to observe it so often at my local Starbucks
There are other Baristas that are unquestionably deserving of a shoutout too. Some names that come to mind are River, Gen, Ray, Sarah, and more. These baristas can certainly expect a more lengthy review of their high quality performance - but I was moved to take this time to try to reflect back just some of the kindnesses that have been extended to me by each of these wonderful people.

Perhaps the worst customer service ever. I asked for a Carmel latte and I was given the wrong order. When I told the cashier my order was in correct he looked at me squirted some different syrups into my coffee and handed it back to me. Lol he didn’t even blend it just left it on top. Don’t go here, just go to the other one down the street.

The drive thru is abysmal. I always order ahead and wind up waiting 15 minutes. More workers and speed are needed. And they need to be stricter with the drive thru. only for people who order ahead or 1 item only. 2 cars ahead of me in line and a 15 min wait. Unacceptable.

The drive thru attendant was so rude when taking my order and when handing it over. Did not say Thank you and made me wait for the car in front of me while she held a pup cup for the dog to lick. Very rude

The people that work there are very nice and helpful. It is clean and a nice environment.
Probably the largest Starbucks that I have ever visited. Plenty of different types of seating. Service was fast and friendly. I tried the new Dubai Chocolate iced latte for the first time. The pistachio topping is delicious!

One of the best Starbucks I've been to to study. Pretty decent amount of room for anyone to go enjoy company or coffee.
Update January 2026:
May have been a new barista, took multiple attempts to get a simple iced coffee order correct. When attempting to obtain a refill, had to ask another person to confirm I could get a refill and how to do it. The line went from just me to 4 people waiting behind me.
Neither bathrooms were clean when I needed to use it. Understand that it's customer related, but having both dirty during a busy weekend isn't really ideal.
This used to be my go-to Starbucks, but quality definitely dropped over the years.

As much as I don’t wanna come here, I have to cause it’s the only Starbucks here around the area. When I say the drive-through is so slow, it’s slow. You are literally gonna be waiting maybe 20-30 minutes until you even get to order. Then another 15 mins to the window. It’s ridiculous.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They are extremely slow. The workers are so nice, but this store needs more workers. They need to manage their time better and get the drinks Out in a timely manner it’s extremely slow here

Great place with great people. Those same great people deserve a working contract done through fair negotiations. Give them the compensation and contract they deserve.

I actually go out of my way to go to this one because of the staff and the consistency of their food and drinks. always great! I’d like yo add that Sarah is the best and always makes my day!!
