After work, I had fresh salads and meat, but sometimes they’re a bit stingy with toppings.

Ingredients are NOT fresh, slimey cucumber on top and squishy tomato slices. I scraped those off the top as best I could along with the copious amounts of lettuce that I thought came into contact with the cucumber- I tasted a piece of chicken from the very bottom and immediately threw the entire sandwich away. I didn’t even know that chicken could be so rubbery and tough. So disgusting. You are going to make people sick.

This place is bringing down subway standard. They cut short on ingrediants that go into subway by putting less items. Ham less, salami less much below prescribed standards trying to save cost. I am ardent user and i know what goes in. They want to make two out of one. Think customer wont know. I dont know what quality control subway management is doing and allowing them to give substandard items. Bread was stale and old. They charge full amount and give less. This place is waste of money. Even coke was without fizz and no soda. Very avoidable place. This place should rebrand themselves as substandard.

The first thing that happened when I walked in here was an employee screaming and another employee. I thought nothing of it at first until I went to order. I ordered my food and when I asked for something they would barely put anything on it, worst of all they had no gloves on. I could also clearly see the room behind the woman, I saw 3 little kids running around and touching bread, ingredients, etc. I am guessing it was her kids, I then asked if he could add sauce to the sandwich. When he saw that it was out he said “We don’t have any more of this sauce, sorry.” In addition to the kids in the back I could clearly see a ketchup bottle. When I sat down to eat the tables were absolutely dirty.

DO NOT GO HERE! These guys make Chipotle portions look generous. I ask for cheese on my egg and cheese sub and they sprinkle like 2 shavings on there then after I ask for a normal amount they tell me I’ll be charged for 4 extra portions of cheese. I absolutely understand charging extra for more portions but giving a couple shavings and calling it a regular portion (I’m talking like three grains of rice worth of cheese) is a total scam! The manager here is incredibly rude too, she literally even took the cheese off my sub to illustrate a point about using standard portion sizes (apparently the amount of cheese that can fit her hand specifically is the standard measurement here). After asking her if she thought that looked like an extra portion she started quoting me different prices for different amounts of cheese basically just yelling at me at this point. I’ll never visit this store again.

paid $13 and basically got a loaf of bread with barely any meat or ingredients. Do you seriously not know how to make a proper sandwich? It’s frustrating not just because I wasted my money, but because it feels like there was no effort or care put into it at all. I’m left wondering if how you treat customers depends on who they are. Absolutely disappointing.

I found ball of string/wire (looking like a small chunk of Brillo pad) in my Italian herbs & cheese sub on Wednesday November 20th, 2024. I made ZERO complaint about it. At the time of purchase, my boyfriend & I each got a sub, totaling $50!!!!! Due to what was IN my food, which I noticed after taking ONE singular bite, I asked to be reimbursed for that sandwich. They told me they had to run my debit card again. So I was then charged an ADDITIONAL $25. That’s a total of $75, to eat neither sandwich. I have been waiting MONTHS for the manager to call me back. I have followed up 5-6 times since, with no response still.

Subway at this location is small and may not be suitable for larger crowds to dine in. Customer service was great, my takeout order veggie delight was good. Good that they took my order correctly. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Not ample parking space, only 6-7 spots were there.
