today i had the worst subway sandwich i ever had. i placed a pickup order and when i opened up my sandwich it was 30 percent meat and 70 percent lettuce. they really don’t wanna use up all their meats plus i ordered extra oil and vinegar and i guess they mixed that up with less cause my sandwich was sahara desert dry
in conclusion idk about in store but if you place an order here they’ll skim on the meats and fill your sandwich up with lettuce

Went to this subway and they actively did not follow their menu and overcharged me for my sandwhiches on 3 separate occasions and when you bring it up them they say they edited your order for you without consent and expect you to pay it.
Never going here ever again and this will greatly impact my desire to have Subway moving forward. Corporate should look into canceling franchisee as they are no longer acting in good faith with their customers

i’m regular customer for this subway, and service is always great, but today, my daughter went to get our sandwiches, I requested some pickle on the side like i always do, but she was told it’s already in the sandwich, so we can’t provide extra on side. I am very disappointed with that service.

The manager at this location followed me to my car after I told her multiple times what my name was for my mobile order. I told her I don’t have time to deal with this that I am a regular customer who has explained it’s my food multiple times. I showed her my order details on my phone and she proceeded to yell at me so I left. Why the manager followed me to my car yelling is beyond unprofessional. On top of me witnessing her drop bread on the floor in the past and put it back in the case to be sold. Very dissatisfied with this establishment.

This was my go to subway location but I will never return to this place again after my experience tonight. I went in stores to pick up two of my tuna subs I ordered on the app. When I was picking it up I saw that the male worker was making my sandwiches, I noticed my tuna was toasted with cheese on top but before he added toppings I asked if he could remake it and only toast the bread because to my knowledge I only selected the toast to be toasted not the tuna and the toast. He rudely said no I should’ve specified in the comments which I didn’t argue against. But toasting tuna only makes it unpleasant and fishy and when I ordered in person before they never toasted the tuna. I briefly looked down at my phone and let him complete the sandwich but oddly it happened too fast. I thought to myself if he even put any of the toppings I asked for on my order but didn’t want to annoy him since it seemed to get busy around the time I came and he was already moody. I drove home and opened my sandwich to see he forgot to put some of the sauces my sweet onion teriyaki, Parmesan vinaigrette, onions and black olives. When I called to let him know he made my order incorrectly he was belligerent, in denial, and rude. I asked him if he wanted a picture of the food or I could drive up and show him and he hung up on me saying he made it correctly and he knows he did. It was such a bland and awfully made sandwich. Please avoid this location if you can.

Good morning, I want to tell you what happened to me in this store. I arrive and the employee is organizing everything with her gloves, touching the money with her gloves. When she is serving me, I tell her to please change her gloves because she is touching everything. with the same gloves that she is going to touch the food and she rudely answered me that she doesn't have time for that I ask her why I ask her about the manager she tells me that she is the manager and that she is not going to have time to change the gloves she I was grabbing all the things until the register was collecting money, he went back and did not attend to me as I wanted. It is not fair that if I am going to pay for my food, they treat me that way in this place.

Picked up a 6” Italian bread with turkey and provolone. Lettuce tomatoes and onions. Have to say the turkey did not taste right. I opened up the sandwich and the turkey smelled old. It was disgusting. Threw half the sandwich out and ate the chips to take away the nasty old turkey taste out my mouth. Never again.
I went with my two boys to get lunch , there were no other customers at the time and because my kids needed a few minutes to decide what to get, the employee was very mean with us, and treated us as if we were not paying customers.On a separate date (months appart), other members of my family went also to get food, they were a larger group and needed some time to figure out what they needed and they told me they got the same exact experience with an employee. The employee was rude, impatient and they felt as if they were begging for the food.The employee literally said: “hurry up……I need to eat my lunch” on a mean and disrespectful tone.Nobody from my family will ever set foot into that store ever again.Horrible experience!!!!!!

This is a little gem of a Subway, clean, comfortable, easy parking and relatively convenient to the freeway. The building is cute, not industrial, not inside a gas station! Employees were friendly and generous with our veggie patty sandwiches with "all the veggies."
Vegetarian options: The veggie party is the main option and there are many veggie toppings to be added.
