Employees left me standing at the counter for a good couple minutes, I had to knock on the counter to get someones attention. Food was made sloppy even for Taco Bell standards. The soft shells were barely folded in, half the contents of my taco spilled out. I would avoid this location if you can.

The drive-thru employee taking orders, "Jigna P" per receipt... not hard to tell by the way he took our order, guy is miserable. Reluctant to tell us what sodas r available, rushing to get thru the order.. crabby attitude overall. To management, customers might order less (which was the case for us) when dealing with terrible service like Jigna provided..

Asked for no onions all the food was overload with them. Asked for mild gave me diablo sauce. I don't know if they were spiteful or just careless
I ordered 4 chalupas 2 with beans & chicken and 2 with beans no beef. 2 chicken chalupas dosen't have beans and no sourcream in the chalupas. Only salads and chicken. 2 chalupas No beef that I choose . And it doesn't have beans & no sour cream. I got all 4 chalupas are very cold. The chalupas Tortillas are not fresh and very cold this happened all the time with me. Every time I tell them i need fresh tortillas this time i forgot to tell them and i got cold and hard chalupas Tortillas. Now I am not going to this location any more and I making sure my all families & friends are not going to this location . Parsippany resident have one extra choice chick-fil A . The best. Forget about Taco Bell. Taco Bell is now same as Subway no more.
