I came in right behind a waft of annoying teenagers, and I had a weird order. Rafik handled them and me like a boss, got me in and out with my strange order in tact and didn't bat an eye at the loud kids.
Amazing place, great food, but it feels like am dealing with robots, no smile at the counter. I understand the pressure, but life is as easy as we take it, and as taugh as we make it.
Really problematic experience. First the online order does not show an order is placed or not. No email confirmation or text. So ended up ordering twice. For one of the orders the store completely forgot to give us 6 items worth around $15. I raised both issues to their customer service, no action and reply since then.
