This place is trash. We arrived and nobody was at the front so we waited a few minutes and almost walked out before somebody finally came to seat us. We should have left then because after we sat down we waited at least ten minutes and nobody came to our table. A group that arrived after us was immediately seated and waited on. The restaurant was almost empty so there’s no excuse for them to be to busy to pay attention to us. We got up and left and nobody noticed or cared. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to a beyond burger and very few places serve them. Their loss

The place is empty and you still wait forever for food. The food is not the quality it used to be. I ordered a drink and it took forever to get to me. I thought it was a one time thing but now the third time coming back with same service. I'm done. Sorry Friday's. You used to be my favorite place. Not anymore.
The 1499 meal I had half a rack of ribs and the parmesan encrusted chicken mashed potatoes and sweet potato Fry's delicious.. I just wish the staff wouldn't rush yousometimes you just want to be left alone to talk. All in all a great time

Good atmosphere. Food is average at best. Ordered Cajun chicken/shrimp pasta. Cream sauce had separated, very oily and almost no peppers. Garlic bread stick was dry and cold. Previous night ordered Cobb salad. Lettuce was brown on the edges and served without dressing.

I'm absolutely mortified. I came in and ordered steak.. came out cold. My friend ordered the sizzling chicken and cheese, she received it with shrimp. What if she had an allergy??! The cheese was burnt black and stuck on the skillet. We had a manager come over and told us that it's hard the control the skillet's temperature as if it was our problem? She's been getting this dish for years and the manager never offered her a new one. He walked away and said "I'll see if I can do something about the bill" comes back and tells us our desert is on them. We still had to pay for both our dishes and of course they took off the cheapest items on our bill which was $6 for dessert meanwhile the steak was $22 and the chicken dish was around $17... wouldn't recommend. Poor customer service.
