Vitale’s is a hidden gem. I have been there 4 times in the past 9 months for dinner (which is served only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) and have never been disappointed. The food is of the highest quality and always meticulously prepared. And the portions are enormous! I have never left with less than enough food for two more meals. Dinner report from Nov 25th. After turkey on Thanksgiving, we needed an Italian meal for our family of four and Vitale's delivered. Serving dinner on the weekend, the deli is transformed into a trattoria courtesy of black linen tablecloths and black screens which hide the refrigerated deli cases from view.
