Man behind counter was kind of rude. Ordered sweet tea, gave me the cup and pointed to the self serve. The tea container said unsweet, when I questioned him he said it was sweet. Well, guess what, it was unsweet and didn't even taste like tea. Too bad I was on the road when I tasted it. Asked for a frosty, he gave it to me without a spoon, I had to request one. It wasn't busy and there is no need for poor service.

Customer service was good. Spicy chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. Spicy chicken nuggets were average and not hot. Frosty was good. French fries were average. Limited parking spaces available. Good place for a quick bite in US 46 Parsippany Troy Hills area.

The manager and associates are fantastic here! We had a large order and they were super kind and courteous. Our order was ready quickly and everything was correct; which doesn’t happen often with a family of 6! Thank you guys for a great stop on our road trip!

Staff at this location are rather rude, everytime you order through the drive through especially the same woman has this tone in her voice as if you placing an order is annoying her. My last experience i wasnt sure how to redeem a free jr frostee with the keychain promotion they have and asked at the window and the woman gave me a hard time and after i said chocolate frostee she gave me a vanilla one. In asking for the correct flavor again she gave me attitude and told me that i have to order through the speaker and not at the window. (Keep in mind there was no line in the drive through or inside) but the attitude i received made it seem like i was holding them up. I unfortunately go here alot because its right around the corner for me otherwise i would ho to the one of the other side of town.
By far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I had a promotional card for a free sandwich every week for a year. They continually punch the wrong date, and when I talk to them, they either argue or ignore me. The boss made the same mistake two days in a row with the promotional card. I think he is trying to get over on people.
I got a sandwich today, and it looks like they spit in it. The boss does not care, and the workers are rude. I hope they go out of business.

my family has been coming here for a fair bit of time as its on a route we usually take and somehow almost every time without fail they manage to mess up the order in the exact same way. Any burger we ask for, despite making it clear each and every time that we do not want mayo, comes drenched in mayo. Its genuinely baffling how one place can get the same thing wrong so many times. I don't know if its a specific employee who just doesn't understand or a manager who thinks that "only ketchup" means "yes more mayo please" but whatever is going on in there its ruined atleast a dozen orders over the past 2 years.

We saw a sign for Wendy's off an exit. Now normally the restaurant is pretty close off the exit, this Wendy's was not. We were about to give up an find another restaurant, then we finally saw it. Signs a little misleading. But the food was good.Tge service was fast.
