Door Dash drivers, although they represent a customer, are not treated like one at this store. They are required to use a walk up window instead of the drive thru. Even if it’s 10 below or down ring a hurricane. And if there are cars on the drive thru you are required to wait for all cars in drivethru to be done with their orders. Even new orders get priority. Worse experience was me showing up and my orders were already done. No one on drivethru but they just stood there and didn’t get my food. 4 minutes later 4 cars pulled into drivethru. All 4 were served and received food before I got my orders. I didn’t get them from the people behind counter, the girl cleaning spotted me at window and walked over and got them for me. They had been sitting on the to-go rack the whole time. The idea that this food was ready and they refused to give it to me is upsetting, not just for me but for the customer who received cold food.

Today I went to eat as usual at the drive-thru and the manager Joe (I can’t confirm his name 100%) took my order and I asked for the JBC buffet which has 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries and a medium soda which costs 8 dollars plus tax and he told me my order was 8 when I went to the window he handed me a bacon cheeseburger and a soda and the order number was different I told the young woman that that wasn’t my order and I told her what I ordered the manager came over and didn’t listen and he pressured the young woman and made her charge me again and I told him that he took my order and that was not what I ordered and the manager came over and supposedly listened to me and what he did was charge me again and gave me the order that I ordered but now with a price of 18 dollars more or less if this isn’t a scam what is it!!! all to speed up the drive-thru if each person receives my treatment the company will have a very bad image and a manager should be an example and not pressure his staff

Pretty decent food. I'm not a fast food goer so can't really compare much. But the pricing, sizing of the burgers and sandwiches and taste are satisfactory. Our food order took less than 5 minutes so judging from that the service is pretty fast, again, strictly based on my experience.
