Never go to this Wendy’s especially drive through. It’s a total scam they place all their sauces on top of the food so you can’t verify your order. This place is a rip off, they under deliver your food and always mess up your order !!!

They have never once gotten my order right. I ordered food for someone with a severe allergy to dairy (not lactose intolerance) and asked for no cheese. When I got the order there was a weird sauce that ended up being a cheese sauce, so watch out. I suggest looking in the bag at everything before you leave and make sure to keep the receipt.

Saturday manager said they had my debit card and to call back Sunday morning so that the manager from the Friday (when I left my card) was in to give it to me. Called today(Sunday morning) just to hear the manager now say they didn't have the card. Have reported it to the local police department for credit card fraud.
I ordered SpongeBob Meal, which was a total waste of money. The weekend staff lacked professionally, and my order was made sloppy, with poor service.

The employees at the Wendy’s on route 10 in Morris Plains are absolutely unprofessional. Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They kept looking down, up, left and right. They looked everywhere except in my direction in fear of me asking a question in regards to my order. Definitely need more training on providing great service to there customers. I’m sorry I rarely write negative reviews as I understand things do happen but this was absolutely unacceptable ??????.
