I give it a single star because I ordered three lunches and they sent me three half lunches each at the price of a full lunch. I do not recommend this restaurant, they are not providing good service

One of my favorite spots for a great lunch, good juices, and they know how to roast onion jalapeños in the best combination to come along with whichever lunch I choose. Give them a try.

I don't recommend eating Sandwiches at this place. I ordered Cuban Sandwich because it was on the menu, and it look good. when they brought me my Cuban sandwich it had lettuce tomato and American cheese, and they didn't even toast it.... I sent back Who in the hell puts lettuce tomato and American cheese on a Cuban sandwich. I told them this was disrespectful to the Cuban sandwich and walked out.

I give them one star because I have ordered several times by Uber and they never send me the drink and they always blame the driver. It also happened to me that I ask for one thing and they bring me another and I know it's them because the bag has my name on it so they can't even blame anyone.

So I'm giving this resturant 1 but if I had too it will be a zero do to the fact that I placed an online order on the 809 restaurant own website. Once I placed the order, it said thank you for your order and that I will recieve an email confirmation. After a couple of minutes nothing email. But then I got this phone call. They call me twiced since I don't answer calls I don't know. After the calls they send a text saying it was the restaurant trying to contact me about my order. So I give the number a call back to see what they wanted. I spoke with a man trying to confirm my order asking about the plate and that it will be done in 15 minutes. I said cool thank you. As soon as I hung up the call the transaction comes out my account. My husband and I parked once we got to the resturants. My husband goes in 809 restaurant. After a few minutes he comes out saying that they said i never paid or got the order. My husband is black and tells me to go in because they don't understand him. I go inside and spoke with the lady, she said I never paid. Then proceeded to tell me she never gotten an online order. BUT THE CRAZY PART THEY HAD MY NAME, AND THEY HAD THE BIG PLATE THAT I ORDER ONLINE. I showed her my bank account, which i didnt need to honestly. They kept showing my the tablet which orders come in at. They said they never had an online order. ? if you never had an online order then why is my plate sitting there. I called the number back and they said yes they called the restaurant as well. She also let them know that it was there online website that the order was made at. The lady still in disbelief called another person as she claimed was her boss. After explaining the situation a thousand times nothing was resolved. They wanted me pay again after I paid 51and change the first time. Obviously there something going on at this restaurant. A big scam on there website or maybe this is how they do business. Which is sad because my cousin was the one who recommended this restaurant. There customer service was extremely bad and unprofessional for a food business. Don't ever order from their website. They will take your money and claim you never paid for it
