Oh Lord the service was horrendous & it wasn't even busy. a couple orders were not brought out and we were charged for items we never received. When these mistakes were brought up to the server her response was a stank face. Rather to every mistake through out the night. Really inappropriate. Besides service being completely trash, the food was mediocre.. not even worth the headache & music was WAY too loud.. my kids were crying. Not only mine, as i could see other parents trying to calm their children also as they cover their ears. Sound level was just obnoxious…. I thought we were out to dine at a restaurant, instead it felt we were inside a club. Insane. Never again.

I always go to this place, I like being served by Tata, the girls are somewhat rude when serving. Today I went and we ordered a bucket, a meat empanada and some patacones, they brought us the bucket and a “CHICKEN” empanada, we didn't say anything to avoid creating a bad atmosphere in the place, however we finished the beers and the patacones never arrived, so we decided to ask the waitress and on her face you could see the mistake she made because she didn't put it in the order, so we canceled them because we were already on our way out and the WAITRESS WAS ANNOYED, At the time of paying we did not want to include the gratuity due to the bad service, but the girl did not put us down and what's more, she told me that I was also a waitress and that I should have a little consideration, but because I am a waitress I know that I COULD GIVE A GOOD SERVICE, unfortunately I will choose not to return to Arepa Express because of this bad service, their waitresses are not friendly.

The truth is that they have dropped a lot in the food, one orders a delivery or by Uber eats and the food always arrives ugly. We ask for some mixed patacones and they all come watery.
