Not the same owners from before. Bad service
The Bandeja Paisa was okay. I’m not too excited about going back.
Be careful of that place. We ordered dishes of Churrasco, Pechuga a la Plancha, and Paisita. They didn’t have the full salad that we ordered nor any avocados so they claimed the lemonades we ordered were on the house. But after reviewing the bill we saw that they overcharged us $10+ dollars for the food than what was told on the menu. The food is good but be careful of these people. Very nice but watch out. And for the workers, please do the right thing next time on not try to steal peoples money just to get more revenue out of them.
This probably has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. After a long day at work, I decided to try Asao for the first time. Called in and placed an order which was the Bandeja paisa for pick up. Now I have been to plenty of Colombian restaurants especially in the area of Passaic and I have never been so disappointed as much as I was when I got home. I opened up the food and noticed a rotten avocado on top of the little bit of rice they placed in the container. Food was not tasty at all! The portion was disrespectfully small for what they charge! Never ever again will I order from this place and I do not recommend them at all to anyone!

First time in the place, the girl's attention was very good, the special of the day was good, shell soup with chicken (the sopita was delicious, with a delicious fried arepita) the dry was a tray with chicken that was also delicious, (although I The salad was missing), the price is good and for dessert I had a sandwich roscón that was fresh. I loved the new management. The food is very delicious, very homemade and the place is very clean. I loved what I ordered, it was just what I wanted. The chicharrón, the arepa and the roast chicken are my favorites and the most special thing is the kindness and attention they give you. Highly recommended!

Too bad, I used to come here almost every week, it was one of my favorite places to eat, the food was delicious and at a good price, but a couple of months ago, since it has been under new ownership, the quality has gone down quite a bit , the food does not taste good, the waiting time is long and the prices increased, I will not return. ??
