Unfriendly, poor service, Rude staff. The most terrible food service and experience. The music was so loud the cashier could not hear me and asked me to repeat my order. She still forgot half my order and when I asked to speak to a manager or someone else she said there is no one else . I then asked for a managers number so I can express my concerns, and she stated it was all on google. So I’m here on google leaving a review . Don’t waste your time or money here . All the empanadas were cold and stale .

I don't understand how this branch is so terrible in both service and food, it's nothing like the Banana King located on Broadway in Passaic. This place is so lousy and mediocre and their employees are too. I ordered a Hawaiian and instead of putting a pineapple like in all the restaurants, they put cheap pineapple jam. Are you serious? I hate this place!! But, I 100% recommend the one located on Broadway.

Today I bought 3 chicken empanadas and a papaya smoothie at carnation. The 3 chicken empanadas were hard as if they were made the day before and the papaya smoothie had a celery flavor that was horrible. I went to return everything and show the girl the empanadas as they were and they did nothing with it. I have always loved banana king empanadas but at this banana king they don't know how to clean the machines they use properly and the most horrible thing was that the girl cleaned my juice glass with a cloth that they use to clean the stations inside, disgusting. $15 dollars wasted

Chicken in the roll of yuca was old and smelled bad cashier had an nasty attitude with my mother and we were nothing but polite to them cause someone else would have taken a bite and smelled how rotten the chicken was they would’ve made a scene. Don’t recommend this Banana King at all! Get your food from the one from Broadway food is always fresh and they are sweet and polite.
For shakes they are excellent . For food I wasn't so impressed by my burger or my bfs chicken. They were like processed frozen and hard. The fries were very good also.
