I called to place order for a cake twice someone answered in Spanish I stated I don't speak Spanish and if anyone there speaks English she said no is this America ? I can't believe this so my ? Is they only service people who speaks Spanish

When I called was told to make an order on instagram and I messaged them on Saturday, and again on Monday, it’s now Tuesday and still haven’t heard anything.

This beautiful bakery did an amazing job with my son first birthday cake.i gave them a picture of a online cake and they replicated the same cake
The taste was amazing and presentation great.the price was good ,an American bakery would have charged me double with awful taste.the baker was very professional and even placed the cake in my car for safe delivery while giving instructions. I was extremely happy the cake was everything i wanted it exceeded my expectations. I truly recommend and will definitely do another celebration cake.Thank u so much Bizcocho Dominicano

Cakes are super good and always fresh. The young lady is super friendly

I ordered a very simple cake for my partner's birthday and the cake was definitely not made as I requested and they charged me more than the cake was worth and apart from that the cake the next day looked like stone👎👎👎👎 I really had no luck with this cake shop.

I got a cake yesterday for my daughter’s birthday and it was not what I had ordered, they didn’t even out her name which I had asked and sent in. They called the owner and she said the flowers I wanted was an extra charge which that was not the issue, they never specified or asked me if I would want it, she kept arguing with me back and forth about the money which I told her was not the issue, in the end she was rude and spoke back to me the whole time as if it was my fault the mistake they made, didn’t even apologized and said “maybe next time” I was so disappointed and will never be using them again. She needs to learn how to give good customer service and will lose all her clients if she speaks to them this way, horrible and will not go back there’

We brought a Dominican guava slice cake to try and needed a bit more guava bit omg it’s so delicious we are sharing this location with our family and friends.

They made my wedding cake and everything was wonderful and THE CAKE was part of everything, the decoration, the presentation, the flavor was highly commented on for how delicious it was.
Rosa and the staff make you feel at home.
