The manager there thinks it’s a good idea to have the Customers that are missing items to wait and pull up a very little and block the lane at the drive-through for how ever long they need. so if you go there on your lunch break, be prepared to sit in the drive-through for 14 minutes. Everything bagged against the cold window waiting. Then you pull away to notice that the food is ICE COLD. The manager needs to be fired. -10 stars out of 5

My husband and I went there and waited more then 20 minutes for the order just to fine out they had no ketchup and they have to sodas dispenser and the one that the ice works the soda doesnt so you have to get the ice from one and the soda from the other the service is really bad and it's a same because they just reopened I will never go back

So this is my 3rd time going to this location and the staff is so rude. I ordered my meals ( more than one meal!) By drive thru and since I was running late for picking up my kids I didnt double check my bag, when I got home more than half my order was missing. I headed back with my receipt and the lady there said I couldn't get my food nor refund because it was more than 30 mins since I ordered! And that i should have checked my bag first. So she blamed me for more than half my order missing! Horrible service and its always this location. I rather drive the extra time to clifton location they have better customer service. I will be disputing the charges!

Two attendants working in a bad humor, confused too... The same order we place in any other store in the same chain, here it cannot... it seems like a joke! we brought the children to eat and go to the park inside and it is closed for no clear reason. Avoid this store. G'day!
