We are very fussy about our Pizza - we make our own when home - and really love a thin crust. We live in Manhattan and pizza restaurants or just places that serve pizza say theirs is thin-crusted and most of the time it's not. Blaze Pizza IS thin crusted and it is terrific. Real Mozzarella and fresh ingredients. Bravo Team Blaze.

I've had many Rodizios, too many to count, this is one of the worst I ever had!!!! I need my beef medium rare, not medium, not well done, medium rare!!! About 90% of the meat came out medium or well done!!! Why bother asking me how I like my beef if I'm not going to get it???? Then the Maître d came by at the end and asked me how everything was, I told him what happened then he told me I should get here before 7:30 next time because that's when I can medium rare!!!! I never ever heard such an absurd comment!!!! Solar do Minho is one of the best!!! Never had a complaint!!!! I will never come back to this place!!!
